SPECIALTY KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dream Kitchens; from the initial meeting / consultation right through to the finished product. I purchased a 30 year old home which for the most part had not been updated and what was updated had been done poorly. I set my sights on updating my upstairs bathrooms and contacted Dream Kitchens for a quote. Howard Emmer returned my call the same day, in fact within 2 hours, and scheduled an appointment to view the project. I received a quote within days of the appointment; once I accepted we scheduled a start date. The work began on time, progressed flawlessly through to the end of the project and ended on schedule. There were no issues, additional costs, or overruns. Bob and his teams were excellent; professional and true craftsmen. I absolutely love the work they performed and am currently working with Howard on my Kitchen remodeling which I hope to start within the month. I rate Dream Kitchens A+ - a great team of professionals who are all wonderful and produce quality work which will last a lifetime.

It was fine, it just took a little longer to complete then I expected, but everything turned out okay. I just thought they would finish more quickly. It was fine. The price was fine. I would use them again if needed.

I could not be happier with my glass door install!! Very reasonable pricing (I got multiple quotes), very nice materials, and everyone I spoke with from the beginning was knowledgeable and courteous.

It was good Howard, was great! Always on time and very responsive. He was very thorough and got the job done quickly. You get what you pay for, they are worth it.

Howard was present on site every day. If he couldn't be there he phoned. If I called because of any question or concern, I received an almost immediate response. Howard was very open to hearing what I wanted and was able to provide very good alternatives for me to consider.

Howard took the time to meet with us at The Tile Shop to help make our selections. Very easy and flexible to work with. First day crew showed up put carpet shield down and then did the demo. Outstanding! Once again, Howard, Bob, Ryan, and Dan have knocked it out of the park. After the fantastic job that was done on our kitchen, we went ahead with the master bath and full bath remodel. From Howard helping us with some colors and designs, to Bob, Ryan and Dan pulling those ideas together, it turned out to be everything we wanted and then some.

Came out to measure the same day I called. Door was ready in just over a week. Very responsive to phone calls and questions. Door installed in less than an hour. Guys were professional, friendly, and left no mess behind. We love our new shower door. It really pulled our entire remodel together! Highly recommend. Thank you!

So pleased with everything about the first shower doors they installed, we ordered another for a second bathroom! Easy ordering process and professional, courteous installation. Over the past year, we've had one contractor nightmare after another. Such a relief to finally find one that does exactly what they promise.

Turnaround time is about two weeks. The actual installation is only over an hour. I used the "clip" format to fix the glass to the wall, rather than the channel. This is often not recommended for various reasons, but I wanted the cleaner look. The installation went well and the glass looks great. Minimal hardware is used, and the end result is good.

OUTSTANDING from start to finish!! Howard, Bob, Dan, and Ryan have been by far the best contractors that I have ever worked with. From the start of the process they gave us all of the info we needed and made recommendations to my wife and I to help us along. The guys were always on time and neat thru the entire process. They were always making sure that everything that had been done to that point was always to our liking, and they did not disappoint! There was not any obstacle that they would let get in the way. Ken Senior came out, measured quickly and efficiently, discussed options. Next day I talked to Howard and confirmed my order. Within 2 weeks door was ready, I was called for following day appt, another team came out within 10 minutes (early) of appt time, and in it went, no problems! Great product, no mess, no fuss! Great service!

He's very reasonably priced. He can have doors for you within two weeks. When you order doors from other people, it could be three times that. It's just ridiculous. It's reasonable. They do a nice job. They come when they say they are going to. They are very reasonable.

Provider was very timely in their response, installation happened within the quoted time and the installers did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone I know.

It was just a verbal quote. I commend them for being available within two weeks to start the job, however due to personal circumstances I could not commit. It would have been nice to receive a written quote with all the details but my experience is that, for some reason, contractors just scribble details on a piece of paper.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. They came out, did some measurements, given a quote within a week. Door installed shortly thereafter. The installation guys were prompt and clean. Shower door looks great! Would definitely recommend them!

Howard & Bob great to work along with from start to finish. Crews were professional & though a construction site allowed us stay in house comfortably.

The company arrived on time for the estimate. I provided a detailed list of what I wanted done and requested several line items to be priced separately. When I did not receive the estimate on time, I contacted the company. I received a text with an amount of approximately $4000. I had no idea what that included, it was not a detailed estimate that I requested, and when I started asking questions, I was told they texted me the wrong estimate. They called that afternoon and told me the correct estimate was approaching 14,000. I could not believe it as I am providing all the tile. When I asked what was driving the cost, I got no good answer. I have less than 200 ft.? and I was providing all the tile!! I received three more estimates from highly ranked companies and they all were less than 7000. I also have glass shower doors that could be reused as they are in great condition. However this company told me that I probably would not be able to use the glass doors and I should not believe any other contractor that said I would be able to reuse the glass doors. All Other companies clearly told me that if careful measurements were taken, there would be no reason not to use existing glass doors. I feel like this company really just wants to do glass doors, and is not serious about bathroom remodeling. I cannot comment on their work, but if you are using this company, I highly recommend getting several estimates, and getting any estimate for this company in writing

They arrived on time and were friendly. The person wrote down dimensions of the bathroom we are considering for remodel. The person mentioned the tile in vertical showers could go to the ceiling. We talked about my suggestion for ceiling fans. I asked him about drawings or ideas for the bathroom and he said I can expect an estimate by 1/29/16. He finished up gathering the dimensions then left.

Howard was our initial contact and was very responsive and we had immediate action on our request. He was able to give us an estimate and had the measurer, Ken, out in days. We had the shower door installed within 2 weeks. Ken was prompt for both appointments (measuring and installing). Both men are very professional. We are so happy with the door and it is just beautiful. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will refer them to others. Howard even called the day the door was installed to see if everything was as expected and everything was OK. He asked that if there is any issue down the road that I need to call him and I believe he really meant that! Wow, how is that for customer service today! We could not be happier! Some issues initially getting the quote - but seemed to be related to e-mail issues. Otherwise, all good.

They were very friendly and professional. Did a very neat job. Cleaned up so well after they finished the job that we did not even feel like anyone else had been inside our house. Their price was also better compared to other providers we asked a quote from. I am extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Howard, the owner came out on time, gave us an estimate that was agreeable to us. He kept his word & did all work to our satisfaction. Love our new bathroom.
