Not happy. I expected a design consultation not just an estimate. I should not have to pay $29 for someone to give me an estimate.

Excellent. Door was made and installed earlier than promised. Hard to beat that kind of service.

Would 100% recommend. New bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Euro doors are gorgeous.

Excellent great company to work with

This is the second major job I used Designs in Glass. They are my go-to contractor for anything and all my friends also.

Howard helped w/design and color selections to make this whole process EZ PZ. All went smoothly.

This was totally disappointing. It took a long time and I feel like I didn't get anything of value. I got a couple lines in an email. They told me they didn't even get the money for the deal. That's Angie's List gets it, which makes me think that they aren't really going out of their way to do a good job. I thought we had agreed on what I was going to get, and that's not even what I got. I didn't even call them back as it was so difficult to get a response. I just wrote it off. So I was not happy with that. And they really made me leary of using your special deals. He was a nice man. He and someone else drove all the way to my house. I just wasn't happy with the follow thru.

Everything went as well as could be expected. We particularly appreciated that Designs was with us at the tile store to help select the ideal floor tile, bath tile, tile fixtures and ornamentation as well as the ideal color of grout. Designs completely demolished the old bathroom, including smashing and removing the old bath tub. Designs did all the work to build out a showroom quality bathroom. Designs subcontracted the drywall finishing and painting. Both subs were highly qualified and did an excellent job. Their price was on the high side, however, you get what you pay for. We couldn't be happier with the process and end product!

Initially I contacted a different contractor who appeared to be intelligent and articulated well. He looked the project over and gave me a verbal estimate. When the written estimate came it was double. I tried to negotiate which simply equated to me doing some of the work to get the price down. I went back to the drawing board of contractors and found Howard & Bob from Designs in Glass. I read the reviews and was somewhat puzzled at the things in the very few negative reviews listed. (95% were A's). They came out promptly and within 24 hours I had an estimate (all inclusive) at $5000 less than the first contractor. So I took a chance and I couldn't be more pleased. We were under a time restraint and they told me up front that they were busy with other clients, but would squeeze me in between them. This meant that they weren't there on a steady schedule, but that was ok because when they came, they took care of business. They were easy to work with and if I added something they simply quoted it and went to work. Their staff was efficient on each visit, made excellent progress. Communication was also wonderful. I would text one of them and I'd get an answer almost immediately. They cleaned up when they were done and most importantly, my wife is happy. So to those of you who wrote negative reviews I have to say you're missing something. For those who wrote positive ones, thank you because you are what prompted me to call them. Howard & Bob, you did a great job. I don't believe anyone could go wrong hiring you. I will certainly call you back on the next project.

The job went smoothly from start to finish. He coordinated with my builder and it came out fantastic. The crew was nice and did great work.

Amazing company! From the very beginning I knew this company was for me. All questions I had were answered before I could even ask them. From start to finish the company went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. The crew and the owner were very professional. He brought my idea to life and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend this company and 1000 times over.

I was not happy with it. They were not timely. They sent out a worker and he left, so the owner had to then come back out to do it. So, the timeliness was horrible. The pricing was high. The first person came out and didn't know what he was talking about, but the owner did. The owner was knowledgeable, he was very nice. The owner was very nice, but he had an employee come out, who did not know the correct information and then, it got lost, they never got back to me. They never got back to me until I called them. The responsiveness was poor because I had to call them back. They need to make sure they followup right away from the estimate.

Phone contact was very good. I would get a call back the same day, if they did not answer initially. Received a convenient appointment for the service person to come out and measure. Then, received an email with quotes for different styles of door and glass. The installation was quick and very professional. We are extremely happy with their product and installation. This was the easiest part of the new bathroom remodel.

Designs in Glass with Howard & Bob did quality great work from start to finish. They get a “A” on quality, staying on schedule , pricing, flexibilty on addressing our choices. The master bathroom has a modern glass front, granite cabinet top, attractive time. Howard offered great ideas and options from quality providers we picked out. They kept the carpet and areas clean. They were flexible in adjusting to access due to local street repair. We recommend them highly and will look at them for future projects.

I initially set up emails through Angie's List indicating the type of work I needed and availability for quotes. I had two companies come out and I was very impressed with Howard, owner of Designs in Glass. He came right out to estimate and later that evening same day, I had a written estimate. Howard had portfolio with pics and description of the type of work I would need for shower conversion. I went with Howard's company for the job. Howard walked me through the project and did a great job with my bathroom conversions. Also, added granite countertops and Evo Frameless Shower Doors. Howard picked out my countertops to match the shower and all I can say is "Beautiful/Gorgeous"....I Love It!!! Howard and his team did an awesome job with my shower conversions, countertops and shower doors. Howard gave me a recommendation on lighting up my bathroom and picked out a wonderful light fixture to add. I plan on calling Howard back when I do my bathroom floors. We called for an estimate and one of the partners came over shortly after. We discussed all the changes we wanted in our master bathroom. We were told an estimate would be sent by mail. It's been over 6 weeks... We never heard back. Very disappointed!

Great pre sale consult by phone. Onsite planning andmeasurement was very helpful for final selection. Installation team were great. Answered questions, very careful install and cleanup Very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company.
