It was good and everybody was responsive. The sales guy, Pat, was responsive and helpful. We were relatively happy with them. Our only complaint was that they left some of their lunch garbage in our garage and house, which we didn't think was very professional.

We were very pleased with Riemer Floors. They provided some of the best customer service we have experienced for this type of work. They were very professional, responded quickly, and were great about answering our many questions. They were able to start working quickly, which was great because we had just moved in and were anxious to get settled. In fact, to help us save a day the owner even came out to our house on his way home to do the lead test and pick up the deposit! Unfortunately, the installers who did the work (they were subcontractors) did not live up to the high standard set by the Riemer employees. They were 5 hours late the first day and late again the next. It took them three days before they worked a total of 8 hours. At one point the men said that they weren?t going to stain our floors, even though it was called for in our estimate. We called Riemer and a manager from the store drove out immediately to check. After taking a close look, he assured us that we would not need any stain to achieve the natural look we wanted and they would not charge us for the staining. Once we were able to walk on the floors, we inspected the work carefully and noticed that they had polyurethaned over quite a few pieces of dust and hair. It also really did not look like they had put any poly on at least half of the shoe molding. They also didn?t clean up as much as I would have liked. We reported this to Riemer and they scheduled another gentlemen (that worked directly for Riemer) to come out and he fixed every blemish and non-polyed part that we pointed out. In the end, we are very happy with our floors. They look great and we have received many compliments. Riemer went out of their way to make everything right in the end. We would definitely use them again in the future, but we would insist on having better installers next time.

The installers were extremely helpful. They worked with me to ensure the angles were exactly as I wanted. They checked everything with me before installing to ensure the job was to my satisfaction.

The sales person was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. A schedule of 4 different dates were agreed upon (1 for each room). The installer was punctual and did very good work. He was conscientious and detail oriented. A minor issue arose which the company very quickly dealt with. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. They were slightly above competition in pricing, but it was their professionalism and willingness to "go that extra mile" that caused us to use Riemer instead.

Despite a few unexpected extra expenses, overall I was pleased with my experience.. The installers were punctual and professional. I've not had any problems with the installation to date. I am pleased with the quality and overall appearance of my new flooring. The salesman was helpful in assisting me with the right flooring products for my particular needs. I was disappointed however that the salesman would not produce a copy of a detailed invoice for my records. (My invoice copy does not break down the cost of the product from the cost of the installation.)

They were great. I had very good success. I had looked at a home improvement store and at Reimers. Surprisingly, the prices were the same. I asked Reimers to come and give me an estimate and they ended up reducing the amount of carpeting required by about 10 percent versus what the other store had said. So in the process I saved a couple of thousand dollars and I was happy with their installation. They were price-competitive and the installation level was superior. About 3 or 4 months ago I had a little area in the bedroom where it had formed a bubble. I called them and they sent someone down to look at it that same day. Two days later they came back and did a loose stretch because with time it had gotten a little loose and they charged me $100. When Reimers did the original carpeting, they measured the area with a radar type of measuring device and they came up with 2700 square feet which was about 10 percent less than what the other store came up with. The home improvement store used a tape to measure the area and came up with 3000 square feet. Reimer's allowance for scrap was 10 percent and that of the other company was 20 percent. Because I used less carpet and the carpet was exactly the same price, I saved about $2000 in the process using Reimers. I had used them before but a long time ago for a different house and I have no problem recommending them. The quality depends on how much you want to spend. There is a little thing that happened with them. I selected the carpeting as it had a nubby texture to it. The reason why I selected it was because I didn't want footprints to show. After they installed it upstairs, I could see the footprints where the installers had walked. I called them and they told me that it was because the carpet had been rolled up tightly and that once it was there for a couple of weeks, it would loosen up and become alright. I was nervous about it so they told me I could change the carpet if I wanted to. They would take out the carpeting they had just installed and I could pick up something else from them or if I wanted to go ahead with the same carpet and after it was all installed and it still was a problem, they would come and replace it for free. I ended up sticking with the same carpeting and they were right. The fact that they said they would come and replace the carpet for free was amazing.

They refinished my kitchen hardwood floors 3 months ago.

I was 100% pleased with this company. The show room had more than enough choices to choose from. Our sales person actually came out the next day and did our estimate at our house. The two installers did a perfect job and were extemely professional. Don't believe the TV hype and call some company like Empire - who didn't even return my emails and phone calls. Use a local company like this one. You will not get service like I did from a huge faceless corporation.

They did a good job, I don't think that they had the best price but they were worth it. Some times they were late but I was glad that they were pleasant and clean people. I would recommend them to everyone but wish that they would work on their timing.

The carpet installation went very well. It was completed in two stages per our request. They were on time and the quality of work was very good. There was some damage to the wallpaper on some walls went the carpet was delivered. They inspected and repaired the wallpaper with no hassle and to our satisfaction.

Great selection of flooring of all types at the showroom. Vinyl floor installers did a great job cutting the floor to fit our very difficult room and hallway configuration. I had some minor issues with trim moldings during installation, but all the people at Reimer Floors worked to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. They promptly hauled away debris material at completion of job. Excellent company to deal with. We can strongly recommend this company to others.

The installers were on time, professional, and good to work with. The cleanup was good. There was some wallpaper damage during the tearout of the damaged floor. The quality of work was very good; minor dings in the floor were repaired. The price of the job was average. However, we had to pay for the estimate to have the repair, which was not covered by our insurance. Overall, we were happy with our experience.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL.

WE CHOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF THE BRAND OF CARPET WE WANTED. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. WE FEEL THAT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH THOUGH.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A BEAUTIFUL INSTALLATION. THEY OFFER PERSONAL SERVICE AND I THINK THEY HAVE SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR FIELD. I FELT THEY GAVE US A FAIR PRICE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE LINOLEUM IN MY KITCHEN. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY WERE IN MY HOME. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON MY FLOOR.
