We had a minor issue after the fact that needed a service person who was prompt and corrected the situation to our satisfaction.

Installation: Jay and another guy (sorry I can't remember his name) were extremely professional and courteous during the installation. I was very comfortable to have them working in my house with my family present. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently for about 6 hours. They made use of the ordered T-moldings as best as possible but the finished look would have been better with reducer moldings. I don't fault the installers for this minor issue. After installation I noticed my half bathroom door was harder to close due to the new molding installed under it. This issue got worse as the temperature rose. A quick sand of the door would have fixed this minor issue.
The finished product looked great and helped sell my home in 1 day. I will start with Riemer Floors for my next flooring job.
