The service was awesome from start to finish. The owner came out immediately and quoted a competitive price. As promised his team reported to our home on time and was courteous. They gave feedback as needed and worked continuously until the job was completed. My family was extremely satisfied with the finished product and our neighbors said the yard looked great! Thank you Craig and team for delivering on your promise.

Greg Leone responded very promptly to my call, and visited our home a day or two later to discuss the scope of work. His employees were polite and friendly, and did a fabulous job on reinstalling metal edging around several large flower beds. The edging was uneven and had popped out of the ground in spots. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for me to have done this work on my own. The beds look 100% better, and the pricing was very fair for the work performed. The time from Greg's visit to the time the work was performed was about a month, though, which I thought was on the long side. I'm still giving him an A for the promptness of the initial response, quality of the work performed and reasonableness of the pricing.

Leone Outdoor Services did great job. We love the final result. The outside of our house looks great now! Greg was very responsive initially by coming out within a few days to provide an estimate. I called Greg to accept the estimate but ended up leaving multiple voice messages over the course of a week trying to accept the estimate and schedule the work. About a week after receiving the estimate, I got a hold of Greg and he told me that it would be done either at the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. Due to our needs, Greg was able to accommodate us by scheduling us earlier than he normally is able to. We really appreciate his willingness to work with us on the timing. The front and back of the house were completed on a Thursday, but the sides of the house still needed to be weeded and mulched. Two days later, a crew of six guys come to finish the job, which included removing all of the debris. Everyone in the crew who came to our house was very friendly and the final product is great!

Leone, call me back the same day I left a voicemail to ***** our yard (.8 acres) and promptly viewed it the following day for a quote. He was on time and made the assessment quick and easy saving us both time. The clean up crew arrived early few days later and thoroughly clean the yard from excessive leaves, a huge pile of sticks built up or over 2 years and put our yard equipment back in place nice and neat. It was great seeing a team of 5+ people get to work quickly and efficiently. We love that they hauled off all the debris/sticks/leaves. Highly recommended.

Had hard time scheduling service but once the crewed showed up they did a good job and were professional. Took 2 or 3 trips to get all the work done.

I called this company. for an estimate with service. They never returned my call. Consequently, I would not call them again. Not to return a call to a customer is unprofessional. Even if the company could not handle the business, it is courtesy to at least return the call and say so!

He said it would be done within the time we needed before going out of town, but he never answered the phone and I never knew when he was really coming. The day before we were leaving to go out of town, he showed up. So, I told his men not to do anything. He's a lovely man, but I thought it was very disrespectful.

Getting the original quote was a bit difficult and required several calls to chase. However, once scheduled, the guys arrived on time and worked hard through the project, which took two days. They missed some weeds, but were generally very good.

Things were a mess until Greg's team did their magic. We had major issues with the front yard due to a plumbing repair. The back yard was a jungle. In 2.5 days it was as if someone had dropped a new beautiful yard on top of ours. Great professional crew. Hard working, and thorough. I'll continue to use Leone Outdoor Services.

.Given the no call, no show...I'd have a hard time working with this business owner...seems rather unprofessional and not very customer oriented. I recommend looking elsewhere for lawn services.

My initial contact with Leone Outdoor Services was through email. I received a response back from Greg Leone within 24 hours, to which he gave me three days to pick from the following week for him to come out and give me a quote. The original appointment was to be on Thursday May 28th after 5pm. Early that week, something came up and I had to re-schedule. I emailed Greg on Tuesday morning the 26th to let him know Thursday night wouldn't work and I would need to re-schedule. I didn't hear back from Greg by the time late Wednesday afternoon rolled around, so I figured I would call to confirm that he received my email. I was able to speak with Greg via phone, and he acknowledged that he received my email and we set up a new appointment time of Tuesday, June 2nd at 3pm. The appointment time comes around, and Greg ended up no-showing. I did not receive a call or email indicating that he was not coming, or any reasoning for why he missed the scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, I had to take paid vacation time in order to meet with Greg during the day, so I'm already out $300. Very disappointed in the lack of punctuality and professionalism with Leone Outdoor Services.

They never responded to multiple emails or voicemails requesting service. Finally got a response after this review. Scheduled an appointment for the next day to go over yard and desired services, but they never showed and didn't respond to further voicemails or emails. Seem to be at their limit for any new customers.

We had two separate appointments scheduled with them, but they missed both due to a death in the family. We ended up having someone else come to remove the snow.

Leone was excellent to work with. He estimated the cost of the service, which was very fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I was not home when the work was completed but a neighbor stated that the employees arrived, went straight to work, worked very hard all around the house - and it was a hot day. When I arrived home, the landscaping was cleaned up and beautiful. No weeds or bags of weeds were left behind. They had even unearth rocks that were under the dirt when they enlarged the beds and placed them around the borders. Nice touch, very pleased.

Good for the most part. There were a great deal of boxwood clippings left on top of the boxwoods, which I would have liked to have been picked up. The crew was very friendly and professional and Greg is very focused on customer sat.

We had a good experience dealing with this project. It started a little slow due to communications between us but once we talked & cleared the air, the crew showed up & in a big number & went to work, the shrubs & the trees were planted, the landscape was leveled, seeded , & covered with straw to maintain & hold the moisture. The lawn looks great & the grass is growing beautifully. As a matter of fact, Greg (the owner) & I touched base on getting together to set up a plan for maintaining the yard & planting more perennials on a regular basis, sort of an ongoing maintenance thing. I look forward to working with Leone's outdoor services on an ongoing basis. Thanks for doing the job...

I received two other quotes beside Leone. Leone was a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They showed up with a full crew when they said they would. The mulch was high quality, and the work was done better than expected! Numerous neighbors have stopped by our home to see who did the work! I have hired Leone Outdoor Services to do all of our lawn work and landscaping.

That was just a week or so ago and everything went fine. We like them, we were satisfied. I don't have much basis for comparison but as far as I know they were reasonable.

We contacted Greg Leone last year about the possible renovation of our landscaping, which was old and overgrown. Greg gave us several price ranges and told us what each range would include. This year, we called Greg back out and give him free reign to completely re-design our landscaping. He met with us and asked us if we had any ideas of what we would like to see. From those ideas, he drew up a plan. Once it was approved, his crews got to work. The work was done quickly, and the results are fantastic. After the job, Greg has been great addressing our concerns with a few of the plants, and he has really gone the extra mile to take care of us. We would definitely call him again.

Leone Outdoor Services are dependable. They do a good job. They're reasonably priced.
