Don’t do it! The owner was extremely unprofessional in every facet of the transaction! They came at 7 AM on Saturday morning with blowers that woke up our whole neighborhood and did not give a courtesy phone call the night before or the morning of to let us know we they were coming. They cut our sprinkler line and put dirt over it to cover up the mistake without letting us know and flooded our front yard. This cost us an emergency visit from the sprinkler company that we had to pay for. We called the owner to make him aware he never returned our phone call. Then within one week of his invoice was demanding payment. (Standard services are to be paid within the current month of service). Not only was our sprinkler line cut, they left our driveway, sidewalks, and our brick paver patio a muddy mess when we were having family over for a birthday party that afternoon. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and belligerent business owner in my life. Do not call this company you will regret it!

The worst service I have ever had. Snow removal was never timely, poorly and incompletely done. I contacted the owner who was rude and entirely unprofessional

After a lot of misunderstanding. They have taken care of problems.

They provide an A plus service, reasonable pricing, arrived on time as per our schedule.

They don't service my area, which is why they didn't do the work. But Angela offered to see if they knew someone who does that in my area and call me back with information. If that's how they do business, I wish they were closer so they could do my landscaping.

When I called him he simply told me he didn't come out that far for snow shoveling, even though that is not what I needed done. He didn't even give me a chance to tell him what I needed before he hung up on me.

Greg and his team did a great job. They were really autonomous and understood well the job we were waiting for. They responded very fast to our request and job was done quickly as expected. I would recommand and hire again Greg and his team.

I explained our requirements to Greg Leone one time least winter and every time it snowed, the walks were cleared and the lot was cleared as needed. I never had to follow up which means I can focus on being a pastor.

Once the job was completed it looked great. That wasnt the problem. The guys that work for Greg and Greg himself is very nice and professional when you are able to get ahold of him. The problem, as a lot of other reviewers is his communication which is pretty horrible and can get very frustrating. I have never had this many problems trying to hire someone before. When I initially called he came right out, the problem was getting him to come back out to do the work. I referred them to a family member who had the same problems with them. He replaced some plants they had put in but I didnt know when they were coming because instead of responding to me, he emailed my family member who then told me when they were coming out which I found very odd. There work and pricing is good but they may be too bad with the communication to hire again or refer to others unfortunately.

Leone Outdoor Services did excellent work. We did have some communication issues while I was sourcing this company (missed connections etc.). But these were quite minor, and once we met to discuss the job I was impressed. The owner is very knowledgeable, and had good input regarding the work we discussed. Once the job was completed, I was even more impressed. They did exactly what we talked about, and very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - really above and beyond. I highly recommend Leone Outdoor Services, and will definitely use them again.

His team was friendly and helpful. They got to work immediately and kept going till the job was done. I was very happy when they were through. Like plants were transplanted together and new plants changed the look of the landscaping. They also moved rocks for a neater look and installed mulch around the house.

Leone Outdoor Services is by far the best company out there. I recently moved into a new home. Because of this my family asked if I would host a Labor Day party. With the current state on my patio this wasn't an option, but I really wanted to show off my new digs. This is where Leone Outdoor services came in. Within a few days my broken up concrete patio became a beautifully redone paver patio. This team of guys were professional and diligent. Their work is excellent and quick. They didn't leave a scrap behind. I would recommend them to all of my friends!

The work was done on time and within the price agreed, in fact more work was done that quoted. The crew members were respectful and professional and Greg Leone has a presence about him that is genuine and pleasant. He got what we were aiming for right away and made several suggestions. His crew filled in our low spots with more than 40 cubic yards of topsoil; and after leveling things out and blending to our new walkways, reseeded the areas.

The work was great. Greg has a large team and they were able to get everything done very quickly. They worked around the weather and did certain jobs on bad weather days to help out. They even cleaned up all the leaves before we had that huge wind storm and came back afterward to clean it up again. Greg personally came by the place and walked me through everything they were doing and instructed me on proper care. He has since returned after completion to check in on everything and make sure it's being taken care of properly. He also guaranteed the work for a year so I am very pleased. I plan on using him exclusively for my landscaping needs moving forward.

Very good. Came home from work and job was complete. Cleaned up all the bush trimmings as well as mulch residual residue.
