Description of Work: Hagopian came to clean all carpeting in our newly purchased home before we moved in. Because there was no furniture to be moved, it was a very simple job. The technician was punctual and very polite. He gave me advice regarding what to do when if the carpeting became stained, and what not to do. He also even pointed out to me the small areas that could not be restored to a "like new" appearance. Before he showed those to me, I had never even noticed them. Although the price was significant, the job was well worth the price, and I would utilize this company again for future jobs.

Description of Work: I can't recall what I paid, but I do recall it was a reasonable rate. However, the job they did was terrible. I called them back to repeat it, and it still was terrible. My husband had done it the previous year and it looked great. I had a feeling it wouldn't be a good job because they were in and out so quickly. About 20 minutes to do 4 bedrooms, hall and stairs. The same was true the second time they came. I used them because I have purchased several rugs from them and thought they would "know" rugs and do a good job on my carpets. I was very dispointed and would not use them again.
