They were disorganized and I did not even get my final quote. I will not use them again in the future.

They came out to provide an estimate the exact same day that I called them, which was very impressive and appreciated. They emailed me a quote of the materials and labor for the job. Once I accepted their quote, they immediately ordered the materials and set up a date to complete the repair once they received the materials. When they came out to do the work, they showed up when they said they would, they did an incredible job and they were very professional and pleasant. I was more than pleased with their quality of work and reasonalbleness of their price. I will definitely use them again in the future if I'm ever in need of any repairs and would surely recommend them to others.

Over all the job was never done. I have called him asking to be schedule said he would call me back never did. I emailing and got no response. Finnally got hold of him on the phone, Fred said they were busy, but not a problem he would call me back that evening to tell me when I was in the schdule and he never did... If he did not want to do the job wish he would have just said that in the beginning.

Very well. I found them on Angie's List, and it definitely paid off.

Fred came out the same day we called for a bid. His guys showed up on time and just kept working diligently until the job was done. It took two days. They were careful, polite, clearly knowledgeable about the work. A great experience.

From the initial telephone call through the visit, Eva Latino, estimate, rapid attention to completion following my signing the contract, this was a perfect experience. Two workers took about 7 hours to complete the job. They were courteous, clean, professional and punctual.

Called Weds., came out Thurs. for estimate, and installed on Fri. in the pouring rain. They were great and so is the work they did. Am calling them again tomorrow for some more work I need.

We had deluge of rain hit our area one day a few weeks ago and we knew something was wrong when we saw a steady stream of water running down the face of our chimney. We called other chimney repair companies only to get stuck talking to an answering machine. Fred answered our call, came out to the house on the same day to give an estimate and was back to do the job a few days later (the rain had stopped and the weather was clear). I also thought the price was fair for the work that was expected. The crew that came to our house were professional and courteous and they did a great job of cleaning the debris off of our roof and our yard. They also did a great job matching the flashing to our painted chimney so it blends in. Since the work has been done, we haven't had a drop of water in the house and we've been very pleased with the results.

Thank goodness we did not have to wait for a return call! Fred Collins was immediately available to take my call, visit our home to review the repair needed and provide an reasonable estimate. He performed the work so quickly we forgot that he was here at all. Thanks again Fred to you and your son for a job well done! We feel much more comfortable in our home without the worry of a of leaky roof.

I spent $400 to fix the gate and the fence. They were very knowledgeable and the price was right.

Great work and excellent service. Did all the work in one day - matched all the existing shingles perfectly. Very happy with the finished product. Even came back to fix a couple items I asked about as day later.

Weather had pushed posts up as water got in mud. Cement cracked causing posts to be loose as well as causing posts to come loose

They were very responsive and professional. They left the work area even cleaner than it was to start with.

Thompson did what he said when he said he would do it. Courteous and responsive. Very positive and reassuring attitude. Crew worked hard and stopped the leaks others had failed to do. Handled a minor followup item quickly and effectively. I will not hesitate to call them again if the opportunity arises. The cost was very reasonable.

The repairmen crew arrived at the approximate time, brought all the necessary equipment and placed them accordingly without trying to intrude in any passageway. They examined what needed to be done, found that the originally builders had made some basic mistakes but it was minor, the owner was the one to find this mistake recommended his crew to follow his instructions and they didi exactly as he said. All necessary measurements, cutting, finishing, removal of debris was done very professional, the crew as well as the owner were very curteous, and professional to myself and my father. They did an excellent job and will call them back to do any further work when the time comes. AAA+

I called Fred and he came out right away (literally that day!) and gave me an estimate on putting a fence around my house. He got the estimate to me by the next morning. There was a small hiccup with the start time of the project although it was more of a miscommunication. He had a crew of guys, some were his sons, and they came out and got the majority of the work done in about 1 day. The only thing left for the next day was putting up the gates and finishing the small metal fence. They did a quality job on the work. They didn't use the prefabbed fence panels. They did each slat individually and therefore it is much stronger and better looking than a prefabbed panel. I was hesitant to get a wood fence as i wanted a vinyl fence originally but the price was just too much and i am glad i went this route as it looks great and the vinyl just seemed kinda cheap unless you got the really expensive stuff. Anyway, i would highly recommend Fred, you can tell just from the first few minutes of meeting him that he is a very honest person with great pride in his work and you will get your money's worth from him.

Fred was great. We got lucky, we called him on Saturday and he was here on Monday morning. It was going to be a couple weeks before he got to us, but a week of crappy forecasts delayed his other scheduled project. Not sure what the other project was - I can't imagine anything less pleasant than digging up our fence posts and busting up the concrete footings in the rain. Fred and his two helpers were prompt, behaved professionally and had the job done in just a few hours. The repaired fence looks fine and he pointed out how he improved the drainage under the new posts so they would last longer. The debris was taken away and the yard was left tidy. Our dogs watched the whole process from inside and were thoroughly entertained. I would definitely use this company again.

Fred was very professional and prompt in returning my calls. He came the same day and left an estimate in at my home while I was at work. It was a very reasonably priced estimate. They did the job the next week, as soon as the weather permitted. He and his sons came at the expected time, did the work and cleaned up the area completely. They were polite, quick and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. So far, I've not seen any more leaks in that area. I would definitely hire them again.

The process took approximately one day. Fred met with us a week or so before and dropped off roof color samples for us to choose from. We were able to make the appointment within a week, once we had selected our color. The crew was very friendly and efficient. When I returned at the end of the day, the site was clean and the roof looked great. I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend this contractor to do your roofing project.

I called them on a Tuesday to let them know what kind of work I wanted done. They came our on Thursday to give me an estimate. Right when they got there they looked at the fence and told me exactly what the problem was. It was impressive. He gave me a quote and asked me if it was ok or if I wanted to get other quotes. I liked that because there was no beating around the bush. I went with him because I think the price was fair and he knew exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. He told me they could be out sometime the next week and asked if that was ok. They came out and did the work. The babysitter happened to be there that day and she said everything went well. When I got home I opened the gate and I can't even express in words how happy I was. The gate was realigned, the wheels move so smoothly and it takes no effort at all!!! They had to move the supports on the metal gate, reattach the privacy fence to the metal gate, put extra supports along the bottom and change the wheels. There may have been other things they did but like I said I wasn't there. These are the things I noticed.

Collins Construction is family owned. Mr. and Mrs. Collins went out of their way to ensure that we were getting the product and service that we wanted. They met us at our home on two occasions to give us quotes and met us at the window factory once so that we could look at the product. They even took us to a client's home to see their windows. We weren't sure what type of windows we wanted and they gave us a range of quotes for wood, fiberglass, and vinyl windows. There was no sales pressure at all (a great change of pace!)-just good information. They were extremely prompt in terms of communication and were on time for our meetings. It was about ten days between the day that we placed our order and the day that the windows arrived-the exact time frame that they quoted us. The window installation itself was very easy. It took a few hours and they left the house as clean as they found it. We wouldn't have even known we had any work done if it wasn't for the great looking windows! The house looks better inside and out.
