Description of Work: I had water running into my house through a gap between the base of a dormer and the roof, made worse by recent bad rains. Fred was able to come out the next day and the work was done. I am happy with the work and their attitude. I will be asking this company to quote on other, non-urgent jobs that I plan to have done. Well done :)

Description of Work: Fred came out within hours of calling for an estimate. His quite was reasonable. His son came out 4 days later. They found another leak area in the roof. They fixed both. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Frederick Collins Construction did a complete tear off of the roof shingles and the underlying sheathing. Received a detailed quote within a day of coming out and the job was done promptly the following week. Overall the work performed was excellent and would definitely recommend their company to friends and family.

Description of Work: Replace outside front porch stair railings. Final job was ok, but took many calls from us and it was clear that the workers were not perfectionists and just wanted to be done. At first they had front post completely angled and had two railings meeting posts at different heights. Fred is a nice man and in the end the job got done, but the process was disappointing
