Arrived on time and did a great job which dried in approximately 1 hour, he was pleasant , very meticulous in making sure everything was done the best he could do. Cleaned and deodorized in less than 1.5 hours . We have two dogs . The carpet looks almost new and it is about 12 year old berber. I would recommend the system especially for the dry time which is super.

, First, we were thrilled that they would come on Saturday. The tech arrived on time, asked exactly what was to be done and where any stains that would need special attention. He went to work steadily. He said, and it appeared true after the service, that and quot;we don't just clean quickly to get done, we really want your carpets to be cleanand quot;. He did a great job, looked and worked like a professional and was also very nice. This was the best cleaning weI have ever had done!

Our tech, Seth, arrived promptly on time and went out of his way to make sure we understood that the pet odor treatment could react and bleach the carpet if we had used over the counter spot removers (we hadn't). He moved furniture that we had placed on sliders and listened to what we told him about which we would move and where the pet stains were. The cleaning took just under 2 hours and the equipment was surprisingly quiet; our vacuum cleaner is louder than their cleaner. The cleaning removed all the stains from pet stains to coffee, to Kool-Aid, to red soda -- all gone! The scent of the cleaner was subtle and pleasing, reminiscent of the smell of ozone during a rain storm after a lightning strike. All in all we are very pleased and have already recommended them to my sister and her fiance.

There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal and no troubles with scheduling. They were able to complete the work within an hour and a half. One good thing about their method of cleaning is that they do use less water than other cleaning companies. It worked out fine. Overall, we were satisfied with the job.

It turned out very good. There were some stains we were looking to have out. They did a pretty good job with this task. No issues with the service.
