Very professional & reasonably priced

Best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Easy to get quote; easy to set up appt. They called ahead to let me know they were coming; arrived right on time. Professional and pleasant. Took just a little over two hours. They use very little water, so carpet was dry to walk on within ½ hr. of their leaving. Dry to set chairs, etc back within about an hour. Answered all my questions. Carpeting looks beautiful. Would definitely have again.

Wonderfully! Oxi Fresh arrived on time and cleaned three levels of dirty carpet. They left the carpet reasonably dry. I have used this company before and intend to hire them again soon.

Second time I have used them and i will continue to use them.

Travis from Oxi Fresh called me in the morning to confirm the appointment for 2 pm that day. He arrived a few minutes early and was very polite. He explained what that he was going to pre-treat everything first as we went room by room so I could show him the trouble areas I wanted to make sure he hit. The whole job took him about two hours and the carpets looked brand new when he was done. Some of the carpets are over 20 years old in this house and they looked remarkable when he was done. The Oxi Fresh machine really plumps up the old matted down carpet and makes it look so nice and fresh. The carpet wasn't really wet, but slightly damp from the product they put on it. We were able to walk on it right away and the next day everything seems to be very dry. I would highly recommend Travis and Oxi Fresh. We will definitely call on them again.

They did a good job and did come out again to try to get it better. I don't know if it was our carpet or something they used. It did make a difference. The owner was responsive, cared, and did try to make it right.

It wasn't the most pleasant experience. I used them twice, the second time we used them he was in a rush. He was in a big hurry. We wanted to have cleaned a sofa, he didn't want to clean the cushion so we were like no you gotta do that. He wasn't trying to do the back of the sofa that was up against the wall, I was like I'm paying for the sofa to be cleaned I expect the whole sofa to be cleaned.

I contacted Oxi Fresh on Angie's list. Bryan responded promptly and scheduled at a time convenient for me. The technician, Travis called to confirm the appointment and showed up promptly at the time promised. After showing him what rooms in which we wanted to have the carpets cleaned, he started immediately and worked non-stop until the job was completed. The carpets looked like new after he was finished and they dried within an hour! The technician was professional, courteous and hard working. I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again. They are OUTSTANDING!

46514The technician was highly professional and focused on the work to be performed. As this was a recently acquired residence, there were spots on the carpet which I could not identify. Without reservation, he expressed assurance that he would be able to remove them. By the time the job was completed, the carpet looked great and the spots were indeed gone. I have already set up this contractor to clean the carpet twice yearly.

He arrived at the scheduled time and preformed the job in a very professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent! He removed stains that our previous cleaner said couldn't be removed. I will use his services again and highly recommend this provider.

He arrived on time, took a look around and began the work. Because of the pet stains, it took longer than anticipated. We ended up with strong pet stain odors after he left which lasted for three days. We treated the carpets with specialty products and left windows open, and they eventually went away. He did a thorough job.

The gentleman was very professional and explained the process. He did an excellent job--went about his work efficiently and professionally. The results were amazing and even a month later it still looks great. He cleaned high traffic areas and they still look great. It was dry within a couple of hours. If you are looking for carpet cleaning--definitely try this!!

Couldn't have gone better. They were young but very nice and took care of everything that I couldn't. The carpet was fresh as a daisy afterward even after not having been cleaned for 8 years. The matted down areas sprung back and it looked so nice. I didn't have to lift anything which I was worried about. I'm sorry that it was so long ago I don't recall how much it was but I think less than $200 for two rooms and a short hallway.

It was accomplished in a very profession manner. On time, completed as scheduled. I would recommend.

Amazing work, outstanding company!!! The tech was super prompt and professional. Did an initial walk around and was very upfront with regard to added costs as we had added floor space to be cleaned. Results were mind blowing, one bedroom was such a rejuvenation(we assumed we were going to replace the carpet). he was able to remove small paint spots from my own blunder from the night before. the former owners had a large dog, and were smokers. all remenents of either were completely removed. Have raved about the product and service to everyone i know. would advise to anyone.

He was professional, on time and pretty quick. He did an excellent job; the carpet was very clean. He wore protective shoes so that he wouldn't come in and cause more damage to our carpet.
