Andrew came out to fix a pole light on my front lawn. After inspecting the light he found the parts that were needed could not be found. As a result he did not charge me for the service call. I thought this was a wonderful gesture! I will defineatly call this company again if I need electrical work done, as Andrew seemed very knowledgable and knew his craft well. Thanks Andrew!!

Pretty easy, I called them, scheduled, they showed up and added the circuits. You can't even tell it's an add on circuit, the new plugs match my existing plugs so everything looks "stock". I initially thought I needed only one plug, but after listening to my needs (and adding up all the power usage for my office) they set me up with a new circuit with 2 plugs in different locations. I'd use these guys again, they were quick, professional, and got it all done in less than 2 hours.

Found the problem areas addressed by the appraiser, and explained why they likely came to be, recommending solutions that were economically feasible and also solving the problems. Also as part of the inspection located areas that did not meet current electrical code.

It was straight forward. They did what they said they were going to do.

Andy responded to my phone call and within 3 days did the work we agreed. He is a well trained electrician with wealth of experience that puts quality of work and customer satisfaction before everything else.

On Christmas morning, I attempted to open my garage door to no avail. Each attempt caused a terrible noise and tripped the circuit breaker. I called Loadside Electric and spoke directly to the owner. Being a holiday, he was hard pressed to send a company electrician, however he stated he would be here within the hour. True to his word, he arrived and began to troubleshoot the situation. Within a very short time he located a short in the unit, repaired same and the unit was functional. He also adjusted the track tension and now my garage door opener works better than ever. I have used Loadside Electric Co. over the years for everything from troubleshooting electrical outages to a major remodeling project to my home. Due to their excellent service, workmanship, and knowledge I have also recommended them to friends and family alike. In each case, they have all highly praised the work that Loadside Electric provided. As far as I am concerned, there is only one company I would ever consider when it comes to any kind of electrical work large or small. That company is Loadside Electric Company!

A rep from Load Side came a week early and bid the job. We accepted and scheduled the work. The electrician came on the scheduled day and was on time. He was friendly and professional. He did the work. The exhaust fan was problematic because of the way the first one had been installed. Our electrician explained what he had to do to make it work properly, which we appreciated. The two jobs took almost 3 hours, which seemed about right. The invoice was about $5 less than the estimate. Everything works well and we are very satisfied!
