Description of Work: They installed a house full of windows. The service was great, the windows are mostly fine. The problem was with the payment plan. They claim it's interest free if you pay within a year, but don't let you know they start the year from when you book the service, not from when you actually pay for the service. I still get several ads from them asking if I want new windows(!), and each time I get one, I tell 2 people what a rip-off it was.

Description of Work: We had Pella install a sliding patio door with the built-in shades. It is a very heavy door. Because of their design, the screen door is on the inside and is not the easiest to remove for Winter storage to reinstall. It is a well made door.

Description of Work: replaced three double windows, and a three panel sliding patio door. It went very well. I have always been of the opinion, you get what you pay for. It was true with Pella, although they were more expensive than other manufactures.

Description of Work: Provided fiberglass walkout doors and one window. Pella is high quality product. They did an excellent job installing - had no problems. We plan on using them again for more windows.

Description of Work: They were fine. I don’t remember any problems. Whatever the problems were with the windows such as seals and cranks they fixed. They were reliable and on-time. The quality of the work was very good. We had them install the windows many years ago and have always been happy with them.

Description of Work: They installed all the windows in the house. They were very good. The installation was OK. I currently need work done on one. The pricing was good with them.

Description of Work: Since having all windows replaced, we have had persistent problems with condensation on windows. When the temperature drops below 15 degrees F ice will form on the inside of the windows. Windows appear to have air infiltration and paying extra for the insulating gas in the glass did not help with the cold passing through the glass. The humidity inside the home is 45 percent and we are told it needs to be lower. I really like the appearance of the windows, but the performance is so bad, I wish we had purchased something else. The entire project was $20,000 and I doubt the windows will survive more than 15 years.

Description of Work: Placed order with Lowes Home Center Inc. order for new patio door and nine new windows. They did not order all of the necessary items to install the windows. Had long wait for additional parts. Screen door for patio door had parts missing also. Another long wait for the screen door parts. Failure on Lowes to order correct parts and to provide follow up. Also failure on Pella for not advising Lowes when they placed order for windows that they had failed to order all of the required items for installation.

Description of Work: We purchased all new windows for our house, including a new bay window & sliding door. They installed the bay window & 3 other windows. We installed the rest. They came when they said & did a fine job installing. Also good at cleaning up. Would definitely use them again. We LOVE our windows!
