Sinks To Sewers

Very happy with Sinks 2 Sewers! The son came out to the house the day after calling. He did his inspection and stopped the leak but told us we would need a new faucet and garbage disposal and gave specifics to my husband. We were able to go out and buy our choice and he came back and installed them the next day. We weren't charged until after he completed the installation.

Fine. They arrive on time, usually have any parts needed in the truck, and complete the job in one trip.

Gabe was on time. He explained what he was doing and why. He snaked 2 drains and check another drain. Took all of 45 minutes and the job was done.

Came on time. Explained everything carefully. Saved us money with maintenance suggestions. Taught us about the fixtures we have. Fixed the problem swiftly.

He had to anchor the flange into the flooring with extra long screws. He explained the problem and the options available. He took pictures of his work and showed me the detail that I was not able to observe as he worked. He's a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He also noticed the toilet shutoff was frozen and had a broken handle. He replaced the shutoff. In addition he showed me how to clean the tub drain.

Very helpful phone attendant with scheduling. The first job was a rather urgent one (but not an emergency) and they fit us in the next day. Both times the crew arrived during the 2-hour window given to us, and they were very polite and professional. They did return an extra time to resolve a (VERY) small leak and did so quickly and on our schedule to resolve it and apologized for the inconvenience. The final work outcome left all 3 of our under-sink plumbing areas in way better shape than they had been and at a lower cost than we had expected (feared?).

Ed did an excellent job. He replaced the ball c*** and flush valve on our toilet which fixed the water hammer issue that we were having with that bathroom.

They snaked my clogged main sewer line but were unable to clear the clog, charging me anyway. Part of the problem (they said) was due to the lack of an outside clean-out, and the inability to get the necessary size cutter down the toilet drain. After they failed, they told me that they didn't have powerful enough equipment for the job. It seems to me that they should have determined that before they tried, failed, and charged me just for the attempt. They referred me to a different company that was able to clear the drain. (The guy from other company verified the problem getting the right size cutter down the drain, and he was also unable to completely clear the roots from the drain; however he was able to clear the drain enough for it to work.) The Sinks to Sewers guy also had a strange fixation with the idea that I have a septic system (I do not), insisting that the drain smelled like a septic system, not a sewer line. (I've been paying the city for sewer services for 14 years! Since the sewer line was eventually cleared by another company, there is no question that I could be mistaken about my sewer system!) He seemed to be using the "septic system" delusion as some kind of excuse as to why they couldn't clear the clog, and left me with the impression that there was something extraordinary going on with the clog, although the other company that finally cleared it, ran a camera through and showed that the clog was just roots.)

Price was decent and service was prompt. Was very impressed with the explanation of details and concern for our satisfaction.

It went well and he showed up as scheduled.

Very helpful and friendly- waited when done for my wife to get back so he could explain what he did, and spent lot of time to give detailed explanation of services, left detailed written description for me as only my wife was present to discuss in-person. was difficult leak to trace and he did so with minimal drywall removal- pipe was behind a wall

We have used them several times. The last visit we had a leaking toilet. They replaced parts, resealed etc. Also looked at our other toilets. We had noticed a few problems with flusing, but not a big leak. Fixed one with a part, said the other was fine and just needed adjusting. All work great now.

They did a great job on replacing a faucet.

I like their price and professionalism. They seem to really know their stuff. They're very personable. Their timeliness is excellent. They do clean up very nicely before they leave. The price seems very reasonable.

During one of the big cold spells this winter, our outdoor faucet, which we forgot to close off before winter hit, was enclosed in a huge chunk of ice for a few days. After the ice thawed, I turned off the inside shutoff valve. However, when we turned it back on this spring, there was a leak inside near the shutoff valve. When I finally got around to calling a plumber to fix the faucet, I called on Wednesday and Ed arrived on time on Friday - which seems fast to me. He arrived on time and check on the pipes on the inside and the outside and fixed the problem. Provided my husband with alot of information about what he was doing and what was the problem and how

They solved the problem with the blocked sewer. They were very courteous and great to work with.

They arrived punctually, quickly did the service, charged a reasonable fee, and helped us understand how to keep the same thing from happening again.

The experience went well overall. He was punctual, and removed rubber covers from his shoes before coming in the house. I explained my problem with the water turn-on valves for the clothes washer, asked that they be replaced, and explained we weren't getting hot water to the clothes washer. He checked out the problem and found our valves were stuck, so he did recommend replacement, but he also suspected the hot water problem was with the washer and not the valve. It was just as he predicted. He replaced the valves after showing me that the hot water problem was not with the valves, but with the washer. He had to cut away a small portion of drywall to make to replace the valves. After making the repair and welding the pipe, he verified that everything was working. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. He showed me how to flush out air from the pipes after the water had been turned off to perform the repairs. He cleaned up everything and I didn't even have to sweep. Everything is working nicely now.

I purchases a sink cabinet from a well know European furniture/home improvement store. It wasn't clear how to attach the new pipes to the existing lines so I contacted Sinks to Sewers for some assistance. They were able to come out very quickly and were very flexible with the scheduling (I had to change the time at the last minute due to a conflict with work). After going to get some additional parts they were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently.

An excellent experience. Plumber was punctual, friendly, professional, and did a very good job in less time, and for less money than I had expected. He answered all my questions and made several helpful suggestions. Highly recommended.

They were prompt, accommodating to my needs, had all the equipment here and fairly priced.

They were professional, well priced and very thorough. I highly recommend them and would use them again. They had to find a part because the faucet was not a standard easy repair. They did this promptly and without over charging.

The plumber was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Was able to fix all my issues and showed up within the time promised.

Sinks to Sewers handled a problem that other plumbers could not diagnose. I called for service and was given an appointment that afternoon! Brian arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to easily determine the source of my weak hot water flow from several faucets. He took pictures of the problem with his phone so I could see the cause without bending down under the sinks. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained the situation so I could easily understand it. His hourly rate was less than the other plumbers I have used. I have finally found a plumber I trust and will not hesitate to call them if I have future plumbing problems.
