Called to get my bathtub drain unclogged... the lady that answered the phone was very rude to me and told me I could just snake it myself but would need "technical training and many years of hands on experience" to get it done correctly. No availability for at least a week. I ended up using another company that was much more pleasant and had availability that day. Won't be calling Sinks to Sewers again.

The work was exemplary. Ed first had to determine what was causing the drop in water pressure in the kitchen sink. He removed a filter screen near the head of the faucet, and then, finding this not to be the problem, removed a second filter at the base of the faucet - I had not realized that there was a second filter. This was, it turned out, the problem; minerals in the water had stopped up this filter. Reaching this second valve was not easy - Ed had to fit under the disposal under the sink to reach it. Ed removed this filter, and then also fixed the faucet head when the water flow still was not optimal. He then proceeded to replace the leaking shut-off valve, which required using a blow torch to remove the original. On both jobs he allowed me to watch, and explained what he was doing and why the problem had arisen. The areas of the house where the work was performed were left entirely clean. The total charge for the work, including the new valve, was $187. In my view this was an extremely reasonable charge - it makes it feasible to call a plumber when you have a problem.

Very impressed with Sinks to Sewers' responsiveness and professionalism. I called on a Friday afternoon and Brian was able to come over the same day to fix the problem. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient and explained what he was doing and why. Highly recommended.

Repairman cleaned up the previous plumbing/pipes and made a neater arrangement. Replaced leaking strainer/basket assembly, added support for long run of pipes under cabinet. He was very quick and made the kitchen sink/disposal area easier to use and work around. Definitely would hire again!!

There have been plumbing problems on occasion. I was trying to replace some parts on one of my toilets and they came out and helped me finish it up. They are sort of my go to place now.

Plumber was prompt, professional. Evaluated my fixtures. Quickly solved my problem, recommended another contractor to do a larger job and told me who not to call because they would cost way more money and cause my family a lot lot more inconvenience.

I called early in the morning and left a message. I received a call back late in the afternoon. Unfortunately the plumber wasn't available until 3 days later, a slower response than I was hoping for. That said, it was peak vacation season and they said they were very busy. The help arrived when scheduled and was very professional and friendly and quickly snaked out the drain. He said if I had further problems within a month to call right away and there would be no charge for a repeat visit. It has been a month since the service and there has been no further problem.

Admirably. Bryan got both systems working again, and within an hour, the new sump pump took the water level back to normal. A job done superbly and efficiently. We appreciated Bryan's explanations, too.

Great, all issues corrected, all faucets replaced as requested, and an additional problem identified and corrected (shut off valve to hot water heater almost completely blocked by scale build-up).

Our sink faucet was repaired, but the tub faucet needed to be replaced. Our serviceman knew the make of the latter, that it was guaranteed for life, and helped us with the specs to both call and email right then for a replacement. It should arrive in time to be installed under the service cost of our original call. The only improvement I would like to see is for me to be a plumber and 45 years younger.

They are great. Every time I use them they are on-time, get the job done and honest. People that complain about price are clueless to the costs of a business to come out to your house and fix something with a skilled plumber. They charge a reasonable price and are always helpful.

The The hot water did not run very fast. I like them is that they always explain what they are doing, why it is happening and whenever possible, what I can do myself the next time it happens.

The cost was not shocking. The service was very good. They are pretty busy. I guess they're in demand, but they come out as soon as they can. Professionalism depends on which one of them comes. They left the area clean before they left. We have recommended them to others.

The owner came to do the repairs. He was straightforward, very pleasant, and quite knowledgeable in his field. The company took care of calling the city to have our water turned off for awhile and then back on. While we thought the toilet was leaking, he ruled that out and kept working for a diagnosis. He found a clever way to analyze (poured a little water on the floor near the bathtub) where the leak was coming from and recommend tile and grouting repair. He appeared to be very honest, clocking his time carefully, working diligently, and was sensitive to cost. He explained all repairs and costs carefully. I would definitely call this company again.

Sinks to Sewers was great! They were able to put me on a day-of waitlist for a somewhat urgent repair, and were actually able to come out and do the fix the same day I called. Brian was friendly and knowledgable, talked me through what he was doing, and even checked my tire pressure on his way out when he noticed they looked low! Will absolutely use Sinks to Sewers in the future.

Brian was totally professional and user friendly! He gave me a lot of pointers insofar as problems to look for in home plumbing maintenance. I look forward to seeing him again (have an outside faucet problem I was not previously aware of).
