It went very well. They actually showed up a little early, had the parts needed to fix the drain, and were done in about 15 minutes.

Brian showed up on time, was very helpful in explaining how things operate in this house. Fixed the leaky faucets and broken on-off handle in the basement. I would certainly call Sinks to Sewers again.

It was a very simple job. He explained everything properly and what was going on. We didn’t have to cut the ceiling and get things done. It was just a small piece we had to take out and fix it back again. The leakage stopped. The quality was good. Their responsiveness and punctuality was pretty good. He was not very polite; he was rude. We will definitely think about it again before we call him for any job.

Called about a chronically slow draining sink in the kitchen that no standard home fixes (liquid drain cleaner, snaking, checking vent pipe) and affected at all. Called in the morning,got a 3pm appt, and someone was able to come even earlier. Gabe was professional, evaluated and got the job done quickly, and left my kitchen cleaner and tidier than when he arrived. He also offered advice on line maintenance to put off problems in the future.

Arrived within the scheduled time. Explained what he was doing, offered suggestions for maintenance. Works look good. Very outgoing and talkative. Price seemed fair, although I have no frame of reference.

Ed was prompt, knowledgeable and capable. His charges were fair, and the work was performed well. I would definitely recommend Sinks to Sewers and will use them again myself when the need arises.

Their name might be Sinks to Sewers, but they should be an asterisk by that name. I called last week and their voice mail answered. I left a message saying that there was a sewage-type smell in the basement and that it seemed to be coming out of the place where the sewage ejector pump discharged into the main line into our septic system. I received a call back from a woman who stated that they didn't do work on sewage ejector pumps and telling me to look elsewhere. It is my understanding that a sewage ejector pump is not an uncommon component, and so their statement that they don't work on them goes against their claim that they handle everything from the sink to the sewer. (By the way, it turned out not to be the pump after all, and the plumber - Old Towne Plumbing, who actually came out and did the work will now have my business from now on.

Very good service called this morning and they came in afternoon, solved problem and tested to be sure

They were really nice and I set up an appointment for a non-emergency toilet leak a few days in advance. The woman who took the call asked me a lot of questions using plumbing terminology that I didn't know how to answer (had I known the kinds of things she was asking I probably could've fixed the toilet myself). The plumber was on time and professional (wore little booties to keep my floors clean) - he was personable and worked quickly. Unfortunately the work they performed and charged for didn't fix the problem - the toilet still leaked afterward. I was going to call them back to fix it but my dad came over that weekend and was able to fix it himself by simply tightening a few bolts. I'm disappointed that I spent $100 on a plumber that didn't fix the problem but I'm confident that if I had called them they would've taken care of it. I just didn't want to wait a few more days if the problem could be fixed right away by someone who was already at the house (we had 14 people over for a holiday dinner and needed the toilet to be functional NOW).

Fabulous folks...they were very responsive when I left a message to schedule service. On the day of the appointment they were on-time and friendly . After a quick diagnosis he explained the work to be done with context and insight (replacing a leaking elbow of copper pipe). The work was done quickly, and 100% completely. He even had some suggestions for non-plumbing work (not even his potential revenue) that were pretty savvy. I'm thrilled to have found a "local guy" who has tremendously professional "chops."

It took a while, but they did a very thorough job unplugging our basement pipes and at a very reasonable price. We couldn't use several sinks or showers so it was an urgent job. They came quickly and resolved our issues. They also suggested a maintenance enzyme to use to keep the pipes clean.

Fixed a leaky pipe. Even went to a hardware store to get a part and didn't charge us for the time it took to do that. He was very helpful and educated me about what he was doing and what we might face in the future in terms of our house's plumbine.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and their rates were reasonable. I would use them again.

I was very please with their efficiency and thoroughness. I would highly recommend them. They didn't do more than was necessary and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was very reasonable.

Did the job. I have used this provider for about 14 years. Every time I call them, they come and fix my problems without any issues. They are the ONLY company I would call to help me. Called them in 2013; still stellar service.

Excellent, Started with line coming down from upper floors, snaked out main line running under basement floor, snaked from basement cleanout to city connection in street. The service was professional and very competent.

The two guys (one appeared to be an apprentice) arrived on time , snaked the drain and cleared it in about 5 minutes. Since the work was done so quickly, I asked them to take a quick look at another intermittent water leakage problem in an apartment directly upstairs. They spent a few minutes troubleshooting that problem, and told me what needed to be done, which was easy enough for me to handle. I appreciated their punctuality (especially since I don't live there), quick and effective work, upbeat attitudes, and willingness to take a few minutes to give advice on a task that wasn't on their list. I will definitely call Sinks to Sewers again.

We like their service a lot. They are very reasonably priced and prompt to respond. They are very friendly and talk a lot. They are nice, personable, and family oriented. They do really good work. I think they are honest and I can trust them. I have nothing but good things to say about their service.

He seemed to be very conscious of replacing only the bad parts rather than other parts that work well. This may or may not be optimum for reducing the possibility of a future service call on that toilet. I was most please by how soon they scheduled my service after I called.

This is the 3rd time I have contacted Sinks to Sewers for plumbing repair needs and once again I was exceptionally pleased with the work they performed. The repairs are high quality and done very effficiently, and the charges are reasonable and commensurate with the work done. I also appreciate the time they take to explain things to me, about what caused the problem and how it needed to be repaired, but they also offer advice/guidance on prevention and/or water conservation. I highly recommend using Sinks to Sewers because of their professionalism, quality of work and reasonableness of charges.

The plumber who came, who I think was the owner of the business, knew what he was doing, and fixed our problems efficiently. He is a character, but fun.
