They arrived at the time promised and complted the job in short order. They cleaned a second but not yet plugged drain while there.

Entire installation went very smoothly. Plumber suggested using better materials than what I had originally picked up and it also ended up costing less than my original materials. Installer was very courteous and professional. Weill definitely give these guys a call for my next plumbing job.

Extremely well. The person they sent knew immediately what the problem was, explained it to me, fixed it with new parts he had in his truck, showed me all the new and old parts, and left -- all in less than an hour.

The service was provided the same day I called which was a pleasant surprise. He came on time, knew exactly what to do and had the drain working efficiently in less than an hour. He cleaned the area and disposed of the mess that came out of the drain in an appropriate area. Brian was the service person and in talking with him discovered he is the younger son of the owner. A polite and friendly young man whom both his mother and father can be proud of.

Ed Senior in particular seems to know everything there is to know about plumbing and he will explain it to you at length. (In fact, he's quite the talker.) Really a fan of this company and use them for all my plumbing needs.

Ed arrived on time and did an overview of all the pieces of the job before he stated, giving me the estimated price for each piece of material that he would use and an estimate of how much time it would take. He tried to fix the leak in the bath tub 3 times before he was able to find the problem that no one else has been able to figure out. He called me in to see for myself and it was not something that would have jumped out at anyone unless they were really looking and knew what to look for. He is definitely a talker and although he doesn't charge for his conversations, he was hard to get out the door once we had finished. His pricing seemed more than fair and he was very clear about what he was charging. He is definitely an expert plumber and I would use him again.

Brian fixed everything I was worried about and answered a lot of questions I asked him about what he was doing so I could do simple fixes myself in the future. Even though he spent time explaining what he was doing and giving me suggestions he didn't charge for any extra time. The bill was completely fair. A less reputable plumber could have easily convinced me I needed a new spigot/silcock and billed for an extra hour of labor and the cost of a part I didn't really need. I'm glad I called Sinks to Sewers.

He was on time and actually waited for me since I was driving from work. He was very professional. He fixed the faucet handle and gave me a discount since it turned out to be an easy repair. Excellent service overall!

I had a great experience with this company. The answering service got Ed to come out just 40 minutes after I called to get an estimate of the job. He was very open and honest about the cost and told me. I finally went with them since others on Angie's List did not work in my city or cost was about the same/higher. When he came for the job, he was on time. He even observed that I took off my shoes in the apartment and he wears a pair of rub covers when he goes outside and take them off when he comes in, leaving minimal mess. He finished the job in about 3 hrs. The job he did was beautiful.

very well. he was proffessional and and friendly and explained everything as he went. he gave several options for each repair. Only suggestion for improvement would be that his cologne and smell of cigarrettes was a little strong and might bother some one with sensitivity to smells.

Personnel were very prompt and courteous. Their office staff arranged all visits in a timely manner. Their estimates were accurate and their work manner is efficient and they clean up their work areas nicely. They also explain what repairs they are doing and why.

I called Sinks To Sewers to look at the utility sink that my washer drains into which was terribly clogged. I had originally called another company that I randomly picked out of the yellow pages--they never called me back. So I decided to join Angie's List and ended up calling Sinks To Sewers based on the positive reporting I saw posted by other members. My call was returned promptly and the job was scheduled. Brian arrived during the time slot given on the appointment day. He listened while I explained my concerns and we actually addressed some other minor issues that Brian observed were problematic. He fixed everything within an hour and also made suggestions on how I could maintain things in the future.

Ed was very helpful--listened to problems with the shut off and faucet besides the leaks (difficult to work). Fixed the leaks and made valve and faucet much easier to use. He's personable and quite talkative. I was worried he was expanding the labor time with the talk, but he didn't charge me for the extra time. Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling Ed again.

It took a lot of labor (half a day or so) but has been effective in keeping water out of our basement.

They were amazing and the experience was wonderful. They were very personable. They went into all the detials of installing the plumbing around sinks in order to explain what kind of sink we would be able to have. They gave us our options and thoroughly explained the types of each sink.

Brian was on time, took a look at the three faucets to give me an idea of how much work needed to be done. He called in his father for help to save time. Both were working-one indoors and the other out so Brian did not have to run up and down the stairs-wasting time. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong, worked quickly and efficiently. H said they stand behind their products regardless of who owns the house.

Arrived within stated time. Gave an expert opinion on repairs needed, performed all services satisfactorily. Identified a potentially disastorous situation with decayed main water valves. Precise description of how to work with the city water department, and what to do for repair.

These folks are outstanding plumbers. They come reasonably promptly, they do what they say they will do, leave the work area clean and they don't charge too much. I am an attorney in construction work and recommend this plumber to clients.

It is a very small family owned company. We have used them about 5 times. They have always been very responsive. They are quick on the uptake. They are priced fairly. There is a diagnostic electrical and plumbing service call.
