I was very impressed. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost, and was considerate and friendly.

I really appreciated all the information and tips he gave me. He made it clear that he wanted people to learn what they could do so they wouldn't need to call him all the time. We chatted for a bit after the work (no charge for that time) and I found him to be very interesting and just a generally good person. He was honest, open and I felt very comfortable with him. He was also at ease with my large dog. I will definitely call him again.

They explain everything they do before they do it and after they do it so that we can exactly understand what the problem is and we can avoid it the next time around. They have always been available. They unclogged the central drain that goes to the sewer line.

His prices are very good and very fair. I've had him twice and he is amazing. He's smart and he knows his business. I will absolutely continue to use him.

excellent. I had tried to fix it myself over the weekend and just made the leak worse. I left a message sunday and my call was returned monday morning and he came out monday afternoon. He showed me what i did wrong with trying to fix it myself then fixed it right up for me. everything was great! I plan to have them come back out to install some new shut valves for me.

I called and made appointment for the next day. He was prompt and discussed my problems. He suggested that I soak the faucet in CLR to try cleaning it first. Also I could call manufacturer for a replacement. All this instead of him doing a complete replace with new faucet I had bought. The CLR worked and I ended up spending a lot less than I had planned. I also got a senior discount. I really liked the honesty of this company.

It went very well initially, until we discovered a new problem. Having read the prior owner's manual, I asked the plumber if we should have the air gap hole in the discharge pipe as recommended by the manufacturer. Sure, they could do that and did. We later discovered the water that shot out of the air gap hole horizontally when the pump was running splashed against the side of the sump pit and hit the underside of the clear radon and sump pit cover. This left a 3 inch wet ring on the basement concrete floor each time the pump turned on. I phoned the plumbing office to report the problem and got their answering machine that announced the business name, Sink to Sewers. Although I called repeatedly, and left messages, over a 2 - 3 week period, describing the problem, I never got a return call about this unresolved issue. Initially they were very prompt about returning my call before the work was performed. When researching the air gap hole on the internet to see why we had this problem, we found that this optional hole should be drilled downward at a 45 degree angle so the water returns to the water at the bottom of the sump pit. The sump pit/radon clear cover has to be sealed at the perimeter of the large square cover with clear silicone caulk in order for the radon system to work properly. Sinks To Sewers was not responding to our requests for a return call so we eventually had to take everything apart and eliminate the optional air gap hole. We could have hired another plumber to take care of this problem but we had already paid to have the work done once. I would have given this company very high marks if it wasn't for the new problem that was created. They did give a senior citizen 10% parts discount, but we should not have had to make the correction ourselves. It's ironic that when the worker left, he said to let them know if we have any problems since he lives very close to our home. We thought we had found a gem of a plumber, but we'll try someone else next time.

Came on schedule. Did the work quickly and efficiently for the agreed price, which was half of what we had paid another plumber. Easy to recommend to others.

Ed arrived at scheduled time. Looked over the outdoor faucet and indoor attachment. He worked quickly to remove the old faucet and then attached new faucet. He was careful to tuck the insulation away from the flame when sweating the pipes. The faucet has worked well. All plumbing completed in under an hour. Charge was $128 for service and parts.

It was easy to get an appointment quickly which was helpful. Brian arrived on time - in fact a little early which was helpful. He explained the issues and the work that needed to be done simply and completely. He did the work promptly and cleaned up nicely. The Office Manager, Pat, knows exactly what questions to ask over the phone so she can help diagnose the issue before the plumber ever arrives. And funny enough, while Brian was working on our house, his brother pulled in across the street to work on our neighbor's house.

They are very responsive and really get there when they say they will be there. All projects they have done for us turned out find. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent.

I remodeled my kitchen myself - new cabinets, countertop, appliances - and the plumbing was the last item to be completed. Since this is not something I am confident doing, I decided to hire it out. We were having a house full of people the next day for my son's birthday party, so I really needed the job to be done quick. This company delivered on all accounts. The plumber was timely, clean, polite and professional, and the total bill came out to be less than the estimate. He even had to run out for a specialty connector due to the unusual way my plumbing had been routed by the original builder, and he did not charge me for this extra time. I will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We had called to get a sewer line cleared -- our toilet was flushing so slowly. The serviceman listened to me, but checked everything out first very carefully. He then performed his magic on our recalcitrant commode. I have the feeling that others would have just rotored out the line and left us with the same problem. I am sold on this family business.
