Tremendous. Great service and value. Best experience I've had with a plumber.

Ed fixed all my problems right away. Fixed 2 toilets and found the leak in my tub and fixed it. This was the first time I have called a plumber and felt like I got a fair price. No hidden charges. Ed was here for a little over an hour and billed for only one hour. Prices for parts were reasonable too. I wish every service contractor was as easy to deal with.

Ed revealed himself as a great expert in different aspects of plumbing. He fixed three things during his visit and two of them required advanced knowledge and skills. He also diligently explained all the problems. Will definitely call him again.

I was extraordinarily pleased with the service of Sinks to Sewers. The worker was prompt, efficient, explained in detail what needed to be done, did it left me as one happy client. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and would certainly use them again if the need occurred.

The person in office (Pat?) was on another call when I called (around 4:30 p.m.), but she returned my call in less than 5 minutes. She had a team who were out working on another job, but promised a time range for their arrival (between 5:30 -6:30 p.m) and gave me an estimate of the likely cost. Brian and Gabe arrived at 5:40, and had our new sump pump installed by 6:00. They were both professional and very personable. The business is family owned and operated (the woman I spoke with is Brian's mom), and they obviously take pride in doing a good job and providing excellent service. The cost I was quoted on the phone was exactly what they charged us - very reasonable for an emergency service call after hours plus a new pump (which was better quality than the 4 year old one that failed.) I highly recommend this business, and would use them again.

We have used this company several times in the past 2-3 years. They are great at what they do and charge very reasonable fees. it amazes me that every time they come for a service call, they fix the problem, then they tell us how to avoid it or how to fix it ourselves if it happens again. this advise has saved us a lot of time and money, and most of all, frustration.

Our bathtub was leaking into the room below. Ed was able to accurately diagnose the problem with our old knobs and cracked caulk. He was very professional and the price was very fair.

The company responded to my phone call w/in 1/2 hour of my message. I had a leaky toilet, valve and feed line. The guys, Eddie and Michael, responded that morning and fixed the problem. They didn't hesitate at all and completed the job very quickly. I enjoyed them both and they were very polite and professional. They explained the problem before they fixed it and then explained what they did after. Also, Eddie completely explained the charges on the bill. Overall they were excellent :) Would recommend!!! This was the second time we have service performed by Sinks To Sewers. The first time, they replaced a broken sump pump when our basement was flooding. On that occasion, the serviceman came at 11 p.m. right after I called. He put in a new pump immediately and the problem was solved. The second time, I called to have a new garbage disposal installed and to have some badly installed plumbing re-done under the kitchen sink. The serviceman showed up on time and the job was also done quickly. My satisfaction with the first job prompted me to call for the second job. We have their phone number on hand and will not hesitate to call for any future work.

Ed is an awesome plumber and a pleasure to work with. He knows exactly what he's doing all the time and his work is second to none. He takes the time he needs to get the job done right. I was really pleased with how the final project turned out! Would strongly suggest working with him.

Overall it went very well. It took a while but S.S. got the job done and there has been no problem since.

The best plumbers I've ever worked with. Right from the point of scheduling to completion Sinks to Sewers were pros all the way. The office manager was helpful when scheduling the appointment - she didn't just schedule, she did a little trouble-shooting as well, asking questions and making suggestions. The plumbers showed up on time, discussed everything they were going to do and did it fast. They were friendly, helpful and left everything clean upon completion. Pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Ed showed up on time and ready to help out. He explained what I had been doing wrong and how to fix the problem. He directed to me to some new parts and gave me a tutorial on how to finish the job. He spent about 45 minutes explaining the procedure to me and then set me loose! I am proud to say I got everything replaced properly with Ed's guidance... Oh, and he didn't charge me a dime to come out and explain step by step how to solve my issue. I will always go to sinks to sewers for any more plumbing needs! I strongly recommend them!

Ed the Master Plumber arrived on time. He had all the tools and parts necessary to diagnose and repair the problem in a timely manner. Now no leaks. The second repair was not scheduled but he did it anyway. He cleaned up the area after. It is great that he was able to skilfully repair the problem without tearing apart the wall.

I found them off of Angies List, and everything worked out fine with their services. They guaranteed that if it clogs up again, they will come fix it free of charge. They are a family owned business. I would recommend them. The person who came to do the work gave me advice on to how to keep this problem from happening again. They also were good at explaining what they were doing.

The visit took about 30 minutes. The work was completed quickly and I was given some great advice. I will use Sinks to Sewers again and I strongly recommend them to others. Thanks for your help, Brian!

I called and got an appointment at a time that ws convienent to me. I was told the name of the person that would be coming. He arrived on time and called a few minutes ahead to make sure we were both on the smae page. He came in and removed ALL the junk that was stored under the sink. Many items I had forgotten were even there. He offered to put things back after he was finished but I elected to sort and throw away items at my own time. He clean up after himself and even wiped down the walls and floor under the sink. (Probably been a few years since that type of cleaning had occurred. He was very informative about the REAL function of the garabe desposable. He answere ALL my questions and was very pleasant. I would difinetly use their services again and would recommend anyone that wants to get their money's worth.

This is my second report on this company but I believed warranted. Because I had called them the week before to perform service they agreed to waive service call charge on this visit. He was going to just tighten the pipe which would have taken care of the problem but he decided to replace it because it was really old. He only charged me for the part which was $12.00 This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. They schedule you real fast, come on time and are very honest in their dealings with you. They also will educate you about the problem and other things as they are doing the job or after.

I love this mom and pop plumbing company. They arranged same-day service around my schedule, arrived on time with a smile and sense of humor, snaked the bathtub clog, reset the stopper so I could open it up the next time for plunging, showed me how to snake on my own, and checked the trap for future repairs if needed. Mom estimated the charge over the phone but I was given a senior discount on the spot.

It went fine, and they did a good job.
