Description of Work: Installed new toilet

Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed our immediate leak problem quickly replacing the hot water connection in sink. Cost listed above was housecall plus $6 part. Explained options for other plumbing update and maintenance work needed (as requested by me, not suggested by him) in our 60 year old house and gave detailed written estimate, including various options to consider. He explained replacement vs repair costs for certain items, and suggested Internet sites for further research for purchase selection. They must have spent more than an hour in all learning what we wanted done and making the estimate. After a little further research to select replacement fixtures etc., I will definitely call Sinks and Sewers back to do the work.

Description of Work: Ed packed two dripping outside faucets and fixed a bleeder control in our basement. He also checked to be sure there wasn't a leak in the wall because we had seepage we thought was from the faucet. He emphasized the improtance of disconnecting hoses before temeratures reach freezing to avoid problems with our frostfree faucets. He also recommended Stadium hardware for the best quick disconnects to purchase. I forgot to ask for the senior discount before he calculated the bill and he just subtracted it from the total. He was a few minutes late due to traffic.

Description of Work: I needed a rather urgent repair done and called Sinks to Sewers before the office was open. I left a message and they called me right when the office opened. I needed to have someone come out the same day, and they weren't able to send anyone out to me so they referred a few other plumbers who might be able to. I was pleased with their quick response and willingness to meet my needs.

Description of Work: My sump pump failed and had to be replaced. Brian from Sink to Sewers arrived for an evening call and replaced the sump pump. He also discovered (and fixed) some other issues, such as a faulty choke valve, that could have caused future problems. He really new his stuff. I will definitely call this company the next time I have a plumbing problem.
