Description of Work: Reliable, professional, polite and responsive = Koch and White. My salesperson was all of those adjectives in the initial estimate meeting and the subsequent calls. He arrived on the day the furnace was to be installed and introduced me to the people installing it. The installers were very polite and answered all my questions in detail throughout the day. And yes, Koch and White was a little more expensive, but the warranties were the best, as was the proximity to my house, and the recommendations of 3 friends who had had furnaces installed recently--and I had been using them for years for servicing my old furnace. I had 4 estimates and there was one other company from out of town that I very seriously considered but chose K&W because of the warranties, my history with the company, and my sales and installation experience.

Description of Work: In the crush of the emergency cold that caused many furnaces to not function they COMMUNICATED WITH ME and made an appointment. The man who came here figured it out right away, and even explained it all to me, so that if it ever happens again, I may be able to care for it. Heat on 10 minutes after his arrival.
