 + -1 moreVery prompt and courteous. J came out to give the estimate and clearly knew trees. We talked in depth about what needed to be done. He wrote it up and he and his crew came out later while I was at work. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for more. Will use again.

 + -1 moreJason was very prompt, professional, and gave us a very reasonable price (best of 3 quotes). They were able to do the work right away and completed the job in a few hours working in a light drizzle. They missed one bush but came back out the next day to remove it as well.
Description of Work: Felled, chipped and ground stumps of 6 trees and some bushes around our house. Chipped 2 other trees in our yard.

I was working the day that the work was performed, but Jay come out the Saturday before to re-walk the job with me one more time for clarification of the amount of clearing I wanted done. He was careful to clearly mark the boundries so that they did not overclear. When I got home later that evening I was able to walk the area and found a few small items that had not been handled to my satisfaction - mainly grinding of a few small stumps that had been overlooked. The day after the job Jay called to check on any concerns. I told him - and he insisted on coming out that day to clean up any thing that had been missed. In addition, he brought one of his team, Tim, out to help. They handled all that I was concerned about and were polite, professional and helpful. In addition, Jason took care of another old stump that had been sitting for years - grinding it down for me with no additional charge. I commend this company owner, Jason for being: prompt, courteous, flexible as to my schedule, professional, going above and beyond what was required, great communication and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend that you consider J's for any future work you need done.
Description of Work: Jason and his crew removed two large trees that were encroaching on the house, cut up and removed three other trees that blew over in a recent storm, cleared the perimeter of the yard of numerous small trees and bushes (mainly overgrown wild olives). In addition, they cleared a 5 foot path on my yard perimeter and leveled it, raked it. All wood, chips, branches were removed from the sight. This was a large job, as I have over almost a 2 acre lot. Jay and his team were there over 8 hours - most of the time in heavy rain.
