Description of Work: The issue I had was something they could not help me with. They were very helpful in assessing what the real problem was. What I thought was a roofing problem was actually a condenser unit problem on my air conditioner that was leaking. I had a real urgent issue and they got here quickly.

Description of Work: The roofing crew was amazing and did a great job. The estimator, Milt, we were less than happy with. He lied about things regarding the contract. We were quoted at about $7,000 but it ended up being about $9,000. Our decking ended up having to be replaced although the estimator told us it did not need replaced. He also told us flashing was included but it wasn’t. The owner ended up making us a deal regarding the flashing and we paid about half. Overall, we were pretty happy with the company but we were not happy with the estimator.

Description of Work: They turned out great! They did our roof, insulation of the attic, and new gutters. We had a potential problem with the roof 6 months later, but they came back out without any questions and took off a piece of the roof to see what was happening. They never charged us and their follow-up was great!

Description of Work: This is a follow-up to my previous report. Unfortunatley our roof started to leak after the new roof was put on BUT Imperial Roofing came out immediatley that day! They fixed the problem THAT day! This company will NOT leave you stranded after the project is done. They always called me back within minutes! They are VERY honest and trustworthy! This is a great company and they stand by their work and their word!

Description of Work: Our roof was leaking water in several spots and was causing our paint on our ceiling to bubble. I called Imperial Roofing to come over and give an estimate. The gentleman who came to do the estimate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and QUICK!!!! We had Weatherguard out previously for an estimate as well and they were at my house for over an hour explaining their product then to find out they wanted $11,000.00 to replace our roof. With Imperial, their price was much more affordable and from what I saw and heard, they were the same. The roofers came right on time and began work immediately! They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up and protecting my house from debris. The owner was even kind enough to do a follow-up call with me the very next day to make sure I was completely satisfied..which I am!!! My roof looks great! I am extremely pleased with Imperial Roofing and I would recommend them!

Description of Work: Came for estimate only. Did walk around and went up into attic. Explained the standard work to be done, as well as how complications would be handled. Work is warranted by the parent company, not just Imperial, so if anything goes wrong they will fix it even if Imperial is not able to.

+ -1 moreIt went well. The salesman was timely, gave many options and communicated well. The work was started within a week of accepting their estimate which was reasonable and in the mid range. Mikail made a strong effort in choosing the appropriate color. The work was completely efficiently with a large team of individuals in a couple of days, through the weekend, with excellent clean up afterwards and just before a big snowstorm hit. We would recommend this company for roof work.

Description of Work: Took of all old shingles an felt paper replaced button vents with new ridge vents. Replaced one piece of siding that was missing and put on new felt paper shingle and drip edge painted the vent pipes to match new roof color.

+ -1 more. The guy who was supposed to come did not show up. So I called the office and the owner came out because the other guy got stuck talking about the roof to a home owner. He was running late because there were a lot of questions with the previous meeting he had. So the owner offered to come out and he came and gave me an estimate. We decided not to go with him because we found another company from Angie's List. I was impressed that the owner offered to come out but at the same time it was an hour and twenty minutes later than what they told me. Their quote was for $1200. Probably I will not use them in the future. ***** I have posted again on IMperial Roofing - I did hire them to do my roof, they highly impressed me! ...Please see new post !

Mikhail had previously fixed houses in my neighborhood, he guessed the problem and location where i was having difficulties right on the phone when I told him which part of town I lived in. Face it, when you have a leaking roof, the sooner the better. His crew was out early the next week (quote on Tuesday or Wednesday), I agreed to the job on the next Monday, they did most of the work on Tuesday. Fantastic. The Guy came and finished up the new gutters on Wednesday. Everything was cleaned up and looks great. This is how the house should have been built/designed in the first place.
Description of Work: Added eaves to my house to fix a flat spot on the roof (houses in my neighborhood weren't built with eave overhangs in the back). They removed the old sheathing a few feet up, built rafter extensions and re-skinned the whole section, adding full length soffits, aluminum fascia coverings and new gutters.

+ 1 moreShowed up promptly, had issues with parts of the roof sheathing, tripped house breaker and tape measure dropped through ceiling. All the issues were promptly addressed. Business owner and foreman were courteous and professional. The crew were very hardworking. The whole job was finished in three days. Clean up was complete.
Description of Work: Complete resheathing, shingling, new gutters, downspouts, blown in insulation with ice damming mitigation.

All the work was done as promised, and when a few boards that were damaged turned up after the job was complete, they returned as requested and dealt professionally with the follow-up repair. + -1 moreArrived first day and went right to work. The crew seemed to know what to do and set about doing it. Lots of material arrived and supplies staged while others were tearing off the old roof. Worked steadily for a long day. Left with everything cleaned-up. Same thing second day. But it began to rain late in the afternoon. Again they cleaned up before leaving. Finished day three. I did a walk-thru with Mik. Two things needed correction and someone was out within 3 hours and took care of it. I'm very pleased. Let's check in 10 or 20 years...
Description of Work: 17 year old house with a VERY complex roof - many surfaces and 6 windows with a small section of roof over them. Estimate was in the middle of those I recieved. Presentation, expalination, and documentation made me believe they knew what they were doing. References checked and I observed them working at a house in the area. I went with a top of the line shingle.
