The experience was smooth and painless.

They were very nice, and I could tell the did try to accomodate me. They were flexible with my schedule, and I am planning on using them again in the future.

I bought a big deal from them and they came. One of them threw away a garbage can but it was not a garbage can and it had books in that. One of the women was better than the other. I felt like that one was a bit quick where as the other one was doing bathrooms and it was much better. They didn’t have a crew that was even and I wouldn’t use them again.

I did that above, they didn't do what Ihad paid them to do. I had to call them back and they sent a person out that day to redo what I had paid them to do.

Prompt - professional - did a great job. Expensive, but worth it given the condition of the house.

It went great Megan and crew did a fabulous job. Arrived on time went over the work need and and worked non stop till lunch and finised the work after a short lunch break. They were very careful with all the small delicate items on the display shelving. Would definately use them again.

They allow us to use our own cleaning products. We can use the chemicals that we like and we know it would do a good job, which is nice. They are very thorough and very courteous. They do finishing touches in the corners with a toilet paper. They are excellent. I would use their service in the future too.

I was generally pleased with the service provided, although rather than having the same team of 2 people cleaning our house every other week, we usually had 1 if not 2 new people each time. This in addition to -- a rate increase and an issue with a missing house key -- made me a little less comfortable. However, the manager worked quickly to resolve the key issue and credited us one free cleaning for our trouble. Even with these minor reservations about the regularly-schedule cleaning service, I would highly recommend their one-time top-to-bottom detailed clean, as they did a fantastic job.

We started to use the service when it was under different management, and continued with it for several years. Over several years, though, the quality of the cleaning deteriorated and the responsiveness of the people running the service deteriorated as well. We finally decided to terminate the service in 2006.

I'm on a tri-weekly schedule with this firm. I'll continue to keep them retained. The cleaners are cheerful, they listen to any special requests (e.g., spot on a wall, a particular room corner, etc.) and perform them well. They're also punctual and do an excellent job of leaving my house in a pristine condition. They have also proven to be trustworthy. I waited until they'd come for three house cleanings before I entered this report. Housekeeping Associates is just the type of professional firm I wanted to clean my home and I would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning company to give these folks a try.

The company is very professional but the quality of cleaning depends on the crew. I finally have a crew that is wonderful and does a super job every time, but only after some difficulties. When they started cleaning for me I never had the same people twice. I was ready to fire them until the manager guaranteed me one of their best workers. They are currently attempting to raise my rate and I haven't decided what I am going to do yet.

They are: - Punctual - Thorough - Communicative - Professional Only caveat is that you'll need to provide the cleaning supplies. This is actually good, as you get to control what chemicals get used in your house. We would recommend again.

Tina and her assistant came in, clarified what was to be done and went to work like a couple of tornadoes! They managed to hit every one of my "nit picky" spots and even cleaned the crumbs out of the TOASTER! I was amazed! Delighted! They are far and away the best folks I've had clean.

Work results were excellent. Very pleased with timeliness, thoroughness and quality of the cleaning. Would definitely use them again.

Group was on time, friendly and did a very nice job overall. Outstanding experience.

Overall it took 3 cleaners from about 10 AM to 2 PM to clean my property. The car they drove left oil spots (puddles...) in the driveway. Their vacuum cleaner wasn't working very well and I had to go back and vacuum the carpet again before the carpet could be cleaned there was so much stuff left. The cabinets weren't cleaned out. The floors were mopped, but in corners and near the walls were still pretty dirty. To their credit the place was a complete mess, and they did do quite a bit of work. They got some gross stuff out from under the bathroom sinks which I tried to remove but couldn't, and managed to get more gross stuff off of the basement floor. In the end I decided to go with an overall rating of a B because they did a decent job, but it was super expensive and not thorough. Also, they worked from 10 to 2 without taking a lunch. People can't work very efficiently that long without a break/lunch. I'd rather they take proper breaks. They may not have been scheduling for that much work and needed to rush to meet their next appointment time.

I contacted Housekeeping Associates and made a date for a meet and greet to get an estimate for an initial and monthly internal cleaning of my home. Robin showed up on time and was very friendly and professional during her evaluation of the estimate for my home. On the date decided the friendly cleaning staff showed up on time for the initial cleaning for my home. They did a great job on my entire house cleaning it from top to bottom. After they did such a niece job we have decided to make them are new monthly cleaning services.

My wife is very happy with them. They are professional and do a nice job.

Excellent - we got this for our daughter adn son-in-law who just had a baby. Someone came by first to walk teh house and discuss services. Cleaners were scheduled teh following week and arrived on time and idd a thorough job. Regular service begins next week.

We could not be happier with the service we get. We have had the same lead cleaner virtually every visit, and she's great. We're able to change the schedule whenever we need to, they use our special cleaners for counters and wood floors as requested. Staff are totally trustworthy. What more can I say? I strongly recommend Housekeeping Associates.

These folks were just great. They coordinated with me to clean a friend's home while she was quarantined due to cancer radiation treatments. They were so thrilled to participate in helping deep clean on her home so that when she returned, it would be in wonderful condition for someone with a compromised system. When the day of the cleaning arrived, it snowed rather profusely outside. I was so worried they wouldn't be able to get there. But these guys were committed to getting the job done so that the house would be ready for my friend upon her return within the next few days, and they somehow got out there. From the 1st phone call to the moment I was presented with the bill, they were professional, courteous, and caring. And my friend reported that her house was so incredibly clean and looked wonderful.

My experience with them has been great. They came out on time and they did what they were supposed to do. They were friendly and nice. Their price was average.

I didn't see the cleaned house. My brother complained of a few missed details - scuffs on a wall not scrubbed, rust stains on a vinyl floor not removed. In general I asked for a lot - all interior cabinets wiped, musty basement scrubbed, kitchen appliances... very detailed work It was dirty and needed a good cleaning. Upon move-in, the renters didn't complain so I trust it looked good.
