Excellent, reliable cleaning.

Great ever time.

Ken, the person who actually performed the work, did an excellent job. Plus, when I called the service to talk through pricing and the service I needed, I was handled very professionally and with great courtesy.

They showed up on time they did quality work and I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Because different cleaners come each week, the quality was variable. Some weeks the house looked clean, other weeks, it was hard to tell that anyone had been there. There was also a persistent problem with cleaners' leaving toxic cleaning products out on counters where our child could reach them. I needed to do a sweep through the house each week to put away cleaning products left out by mistake.

They did a nice job. They did arrive on time and did an efficient job. Their prices are reasonable and they were trust worthy and easy to work with. I would recommend them.

Update, October 2012 We gave up. The quality slipped constantly. I grew tired of having to call them to ask them to dust, wipe down surfaces, vacuum pet hair off of furniture. Their quality control is very weak. Update, August 2010 The firm lost the lead person that did such a careful job with our home for more than a year. We have had frequent turnover in the staff cleaning our home and the quality and attention to detail has dropped off noticeably. We are considering a change. Previous review: They are friendly, professional and thorough. They respond promptly to any special requests or cautions. They get the place perfectly clean. They respect our space and privacy. They have never broken a thing, which is far better than our past experiences with cleaners. They *always* show up when they say they will, which (again) is far better than our past experiences with cleaners. Reliability matters a lot to us. We have a, um, creatively cluttered house, with books, Lego projects, artworks and yet more books strewn about. We pick up the whole house before the cleaners come so that they can concentrate on cleaning rather than picking up our detritus. We are not happy campers if we come home to a phone message that the cleaners did not come today and will instead be coming later in the week. Housekeeping Associates has never done this to us! We love them, you will too. I can't think of any flaws with Housekeeping Associates; they are a pleasure to work with and we feel very safe turning our home over to them on a weekly basis.

I hired them right after I bought our home to clean before the furniture was delivered. They helped me clean bathrooms, kitchen (including mopping), cleaned floor boards and cabinets. I liked the team so much (Jamie was the crew leader) that I requested them to do general cleaning every 2 weeks and I requested Jamie's crew. They were very efficient and after learning my house they could do the job pretty quickly. I was always happy with the service. A couple of times they forgot to dust a shelf or something else small, but that is completely understandable and when I reminded them the next time they did it with no problem. Yesterday I had a different team, Carmen and Shereen and they did an amazing job. I had a rust stain that I could not get rid of, and I had tried everything, and Carmen came up with a solution and got rid of the stain! I was very happy and impressed. The only reason I gave price a "C" was because you have to supply your own cleaning products and I think that should bring the cost down.

They have been great. They come out to clean our house and they do a very good job with it. I have been pleased and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great. For 6 months & they have done the best job BY FAR. I have a large hyper dog that kennels in the kitchen; they let the dog outside while they clean; so far, no problems. The other day I called because I found some dog hairs on the carpet; if I was not lying on the floor, I wouldn't have noticed. The stove burners didn't seem clean either. I called to request that they pay extra attention to these areas next time. The contact person apologized & said they would come out that day to fix it. She said if the bag was full, someone should have changed it. They didn't just fix the 2 areas, they re-cleaned the whole house. For Deep Clean, I requested the impossible: it should look like a brand new house. The house was immaculate. 2-3 days later, I found few smudges initially overlooked, but the results still exceeded my expectations. They cleaned areas including some that are not part of usual weekly clean. Without my asking, they did the fireplace & also outside the front door.

I was very happy with their service. The condominium glistened after they were finished! They were able to get the appliances to look brand new, they deep cleaned everything that I had requested, and made sure to follow-up with me on all of the items on my list. The ladies who actually came to my house were very friendly, as well as the dispatcher I spoke to at the office. It was a pleasure working with them and I plan to use them again as a regular service once I finish unpacking.

We highly recommend this company as they are very efficient and do the job really well. Sometimes they actually clean the inside of our kitchen window, but normally you have to pay extra for this.
