Description of Work: The cleaned both the supply and return ducts. The workers were very pleasant and professional. They were delayed in coming to the house as suggested. This is due to difficulties with earlier jobs. We should have been called informing us of the delay. We had to call them. Would certainly recommend them to others.

I was able to choose between 2 packages. My roommate stayed for the work and had no complaints about their workmanship. The men were polite, courteous and worked quickly.

+ -1 moreWhen they get to the home, they tell you how many ducts you have and how much they charge to clean per duct. The price was more than I anticipated. I liked that they showed me before and after pictures of my duct. The people were very nice that I spoke with.

+ -1 moreI personally thought the service was not worth the money. I had bought a groupon but that only covered half of my ducts. I ended up spending more than I had anticipated. They used my electrical and they also had a few issues with some of the outlets and kept popping it. I felt like I could have done the work myself with a shopvac attachment. Theirs was just more bigger and powerful. The work was fine I just expected something better.

+ -1 moreThe service turned out fine. They were very responsive and the salemen gave me a good estimate over the phone. The technicians were polite and they were pretty fast with the job. It did not cause a whole lot of interference. I was able to use a discount being an Angie's List member. This was the first time I had used them and I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They cleaned out all the ducts and blew out the dryer vent. They also cleaned out the air ventilation ducts for our heating and cooling system.

Three technicians came to do the work, one for each level of my home, and it took about 3 years. They did a fantastic job and the prices are reasonable.

+ 0 moreThey worked very steadily until the job was done. They took before and after pictures of everything for me. They were very accommodating to my schedule. It took about 4 hours to do the work with two technicians. I would highly recommend them especailly if you have pets.
Description of Work: They took off all the registers and put down a rotating brush to clean the duct work leading down to the furnace and sucked everything out. They also blew out my dryer vent.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, however they did show up a couple hours late. I had to call them to find out when they would be coming out that day.

+ -1 moreFour guys came out to do the work. They unscrewed all the vent covers, cleaned everything out, and took pictures of all the vents and the main duct work that is under the house. They like to show you before and after photos. They showed me how to take care of them after they leave. They even helped my husband to the back porch since he was ill. I was very satisfied with their service. They did an excellent job.

+ -1 moreI had a groupon for $99 special and then on top of the we had to pay $300. They opened the ducts and cut holes to use a vacuum to clean everything out. It wasn't quite what I had expected. The gentleman were extremely nice and quick when they were here to do the work, I just thought the price was misleading.

I had purchased a groupon special and the cost was more than I had anticipated. I felt I was mislead so I did not have the work done in my home.

We just recently had basement work done, and other minor construction jobs, so there was a lot of dust. They made sure to get every piece of dust & debris out of our vents and the difference is incredible! Coming from two allergy/asthma sufferers, breathing in our house just got worlds easier. + 0 moreThey say they have video camera inspection of there work - but they used their CELL PHONE to snap pictures and show them to us. I was busy when they called me on the phone (I was at work and spoke to them on the phone) and they mentioned they were giving me a discount on sanitizing spray, which I never asked for. Had to hang up before I could question it, and frankly forgot about it. The price was in line with the industry avg., and the workers were willing to please.
Description of Work: I was using a coupont hat promised cleaning 10 vents for $100. They agreed to do a dryer vent for another $50. When they got to my home they said I had 21 vents. Cost was $15 per extra vent. Then they said there was an added cost per "trunk line", which I do not think was mentioned on the coupon. They did give me a price "break" on the cost of what they said were 4 trunk lines.
