I purchased a deal from Angie's List for unlimited vents for a very reasonable price. I was able to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule via text message. The team promptly arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. They were very professional.

Sent 2 emails with a request for contact with a quote with no response. Work was completed by another company.

Cleaning appeared to be O.K. This was a Groupon deal which was a little misleading, and you had to read the fine print.

We used a Groupon for part of the cost and got a great deal! The two guys who came out were great - friendly and very professional. They called when they were 10-15 minutes away and completed the work in 1 hour (despite the air ducts never having been cleaned before - they were gross!). Used plastic covers for their shoes when walking around our house. Showed me before and after pictures on their phone, as well as changed the air filter when they were finished. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely hire Air Duct Clean again!

They did the work. They came right after the purchase. They showed me the video of the cleaning all that kind of stuff and they never followed through. I didn't have the time to follow through with them so that was my only dissatisfaction. I guess they're qualified.

I submitted an estimate request on their website and promptly received an email which provided an estimate based upon the number of receivers/intakes in our home and square footage. A week or so later, they followed up via email to set up an appointment. We were able to schedule for the following week and given a four hour time window. Leading up to the appointment, they did ask us several times if we could reschedule. This wasn't a big deal for us, but I could see it potentially being a pain point for others. Each request did come with a specific time window, which helped identify our availability. A gentleman from the team gave us a call approximately 20 minutes ahead to let us know they were on their way. This was at the early end of the four hour window, which was nice. The team was very professional, wearing uniform shirts and putting on shoe covers inside the house. They told us what the process would be, and even tried to minimize noise in the area of my husband's home office as much as possible. It turns out that our air ducts had never been cleaned (we've only had the house for about a year), so there was a lot of dust, gunk, etc. to remove. We were provided with before and after photos to see the difference, and there was definitely a huge difference! They wrote up the invoice on the spot, and it actually ended up coming in lower than the estimate, which was great. They also provided us with instructions on what to do post-cleaning (run the HVAC for two days and then replace the air filters) and gave good, honest answers to my questions about how frequently we should have our ducts cleaned in the future. Overall, our experience with them was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others.

Booking appointment was easy to do. The women who booked the job was very informative, and the technicians were on time. We found the the guys really cared about their work and provided great before and after photos after the job. We were given AirDuct Cleans number from a friend who also had service done. We also would highly recommend these guys to all friends and family who may need this service.

They are consummate professionals. They confirmed the appointment, were right on time, explained everything, didn't make any mess, and were extremely careful around our home. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

It went very well. What Chris the owner quoted is what it was no surprises. He goes over and above what's needed. The workers are very professional and clean up after the job is complete. I have had my ducts cleaned before but Air Duct Clean to me is number one. I would call them again and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. After the owner realized that I was unhappy with losing the paint rollers and masks, he called and asked what it would cost to replace them. He then made good on his offer and more than made up the cost. So my issue has been fixed to my complete satisfaction.

Overall our experience was ok. We are pretty wary of whether or not duct cleaning is necessary or would improve my allergies. We did move into a new construction home and figured that it was worth it as there was most likely going to be some drywall/construction debris in the air ducts. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. However, the quote I was given was off by 20% (I was told $800 would be on the high end), so I was pretty upset that they wanted to charge over $1,000 in total, but they did end up meeting me halfway and we ended up paying only 10% more than quoted. The guys that did the cleaning were friendly, professional and seemed to do a great job based on the photos they shared. However, I was disappointed that while they had cleaned the air ducts, they left more dust and debris in the house then there was before they started (around the vents they opened; we have dark wood floors and some dark furniture so it was very obvious). I went around most of the vents to vacuum and had to clean the dust and debris off furniture by the vents. Also not sure the cleaning helped with my allergies. They don't appear to be any better. Air duct cleaning was very expensive and we don't plan on even thinking about doing this again for 10+ years.

When I called to set this up, they answered right away and got me a appointment for the following day. They showed up about a 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment, but they did call to notify me they were running behind. They were very polite, put booties over their shoes when coming into the house, and got right to work. When they were done they shown me pictures of before and after (which i'm not very happy I got this done! most pictures looked the same!). They asked me to write a review before they left and I wrote a good review because I didn't notice problems and they were very nice. After they left I started noticing a few things I am not happy with. A few of the vents has caulk around the registers. Instead of cutting the cault and pulling they vent off- they just pulled the vent right off which tore the caulk and ended up removing the pain around the register. I was expecting to have to re-caulk- but not to have to paint as well! I also noticed in 2 areas they had hit on the corners of my wall which left a nice little pile of drywall on the ground so now i have to go back, mud, sand, and paint 2 areas. I am fully aware mistakes happen and if they would apologized and told me these things happened I would have been fine. The fact both these things happened and I was never told about either (and trust me, they were noticeable enough where they had to of noticed) makes me think very little of this company. I don't know anything about cleaning ducts so i guess I will just hope they did a good job on that part of the job.

Job took about 4 hours. I knew my house had a crazy ventilation duct system, but was a little surprised at how many more vents I had than were covered by the Groupon, but it is what it is. I was a little disappointed by the "before" pictures (I was hoping they would be grosser), but the amount of dead bees they found in the vents convinced me the service was worthwhile. I was very happy that they could clean out the dryer vent while they were here. Apparently it was completely clogged with zero air flow. My clothes definitely dry faster now. Overall I was pleased with the service and happy I had it done.

I called Air Duct Cleaning on the day my $99 Groupon was expiring. I left a message for them and they called back within 5-10 minutes to schedule an appointment. At first it was going to be at the end of March, but they called back again after a cancellation allowed my job to move up to today. Called me about 30 minutes prior to verify their arrival time and they were very prompt. The two gentleman who came to do the cleaning were very friendly and professional. They used plastic footies to protect my flooring from tracked in water and dirt. First they took a tour around the house to analyze the best way to approach the cleaning and to count registers. My house is almost 100 years old and many of my vent registers don't come off without a fight. Removing some would have probably pulled off lots of plaster. I was so worried about this I almost didn't call to use the Groupon. It ended up being no problem. My unfinished basement ceiling gave full access to all the ductwork. They explained exactly what they would do, including creating several small/mid-size holes in the duct work to give access to their tools. These were sealed up very well and will provide good access to them should I have them do it again in a few years, which I would most certainly be willing to do. The before and after photos were astounding. I'm breathing better already just knowing that gunk is out of my ductwork. As some reviewers note, they do use a cell phone for most of the photos. I'm okay with that. I saw clearly all I needed to see! And for the record, they told me they are able to do a deeper camera inspection if needed. And it is true that the Groupon is $99 for 10 vents and all else is extra. It states this clearly on the Groupon and I knew exactly what to expect. They told me before they started what the final price would be. In the end, it was an additional $120: $90 for the two trunk lines and $30 for two extra vents. In two hours they were done, my home was no dirtier than it was when they arrived (I figured I'd clean later once the vent dust was gone!). They checked to make sure my furnace was running well again and gave me recommendations on changing the furnace filter in a couple days. I wouldn't hesitate to use Air Duct Cleaning again and I feel the Groupon, for me and my house, was a great deal.

purchased a Groupon for a $480 air duct cleaning with camera inspection for $100. After Air Duct Clean arrived, the proceeded to tell me that the $100 Groupon only included about 1/3 of what they needed to do. Since I had already spent the $100 investment, I agreed to a reduced amount of extra charges which brought my total (not including the $100 Groupon) to $250. They began to clean my air ducts with their vacuums with rotating lint brushes attached to the ends and proceeded to take photos with their cell phones to show proof of how well they cleaned them. No carpet protectors were installed or booties on the shoes. Needless to say I was dissatisfied. For only about $100 more I could have gotten the job done in a much more professional manner through Safety King (recommended by my furnace installer).
