She said they can't clean old blinds because they can fall apart. and they can't get parts for them, blah, blah, blah. She then proceeded to say goodbye before I could get another word out of my mouth and hung up on me. Not a nice person. It doesn't matter if it is the end of the day and you didn't have a good day, you still treat customers with the dignity and respect they deserve Samantha."
