Description of Work: Had intermittent problem with furnace shutting down. First tech came on time, but could not find the problem and complained that he did not want to do the job anyway. I called the office and they did send a second tech with more electrical knowledge and pleasant, but he could not find the problem. I called in an electrician from another company and he found the problem of a lose wire in 5 minutes. When I followed up with the office and told the story, they did not bill me. I like the company's responsiveness, they just need better techs.

They don’t hesitate to send someone back out if you call with any problem. They will fix it at their own cost if it was their fault. Their price is fair for what they do.
