I was given an estimate of parts and labor within a few minutes of arrival at his place of business. As it turned out the hitch was shipping (not his fault). If you've ever dealt with Sony products you understand. Some computer parts are not universal and have to come from the manufacturer, on their shipping terms which ;in this case was 4-5 days. Meaning the next week as this was a Wednesday afternoon,.oh well... I had settled into "living without it", but on Saturday mid-day Seth called to say the parts had arrived (good ole USPS Priority Mail) and I could pick up the computer on Sunday around lunch if that worked for me....Wow! ;Unfortunately I was away and couldn't make till Monday; Understand this may not always be the case for everyone but he certainly impressed the stuff out of me! I had used his services once before (hard drive replacement) with great results!!! This gentleman is more than courteous; and VERY GOOD at what he does. He will explain everything that was done and have it back when promised (barring feast, famine or pestilence ). ;As you can tell by the tone of this review I'm thoroughly impressed and would highly;recommend him and his services. One last item, there was a follow up call within a few days to check that everything was working as expected.

I have worked with Seth for many years and find him to be professional and very helpful. He always return calls promptly and is willing to do whatever it takes to resolve Issues we may be having. I highly recommend him to any business or private entity that needs wireless and computer services.

Seth was great- came over a day or so after I contacted him. He was able to get into my computer and recover at least part of the data. (that's when I realized my backup hadn't been working). Very pleased with what he was able to do. This is actually the 2nd or 3rd time we've worked with him- he'd helped my partner with some networking. He's also personable and professional- we'll use him again as needs come up.

Fantastic. I have used Brady Computer Service for over 4 years now and would never change. they log on once a month and do a thorough check up and cleaning of my computer. When larger issues arise, they are extremely responsive. When my last computer died and was not worth rebuilding they recommended a new Dell that has turned out to meet all my needs and then some.

This was the first time I had ever brought a computer problem to Brady’s Computer Services, and I can say with certainty that I have found the computer repair service I will use for the rest of my life! He treated me like a long-time friend and not just a new customer. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, honest, patient, easy to work with, and so much more. I cannot thank him enough for all he did to get me up and running again. I recently lost my job, and now with a crashed computer, I lost the link to finding a new job. Seth not only diagnosed my old system quickly, let ME decide what I wanted to do with it, and recovered my data, but also offered me a solution that was financially acceptable: a second-hand laptop that he cleaned and loaded with an operating system and complete Microsoft office package. He also did some remote fine tuning, came out to my house to address an additional issue, and answered every question I peppered him with. I am so impressed with all that Seth is and how he does his business. I highly recommend anyone with a computer problem to call Seth – he is awesome!

Seth identified and fixed a poorly mounted heat sink on the CPU, replaced two dead data cables, reconnected the system fans and even took the time to reinstall Windows to confirm everything was operating correctly. I was very pleased with his expertise and willingness to work very late into the evening to help me out. His rates are reasonable and well worth the service. You can't go wrong here. Seth seems like a great person who enjoys helping others and genuinely loves what he does. The next time I need help with a computer, I'll definitely use Brady's Computer Services again. Seth basically dropped everything to get my work computer back up and running. He was able to undo a failed update, recover all my files and offer great suggestions for preventing future problems.

The network performs extremely well. The cost was reasonable and Seth works hard and quickly to get the work done, and done right. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. I found Seth as the large companies don't want to do home network work, and would prefer to have business accounts. In the end, I found the right service!

Seth is the best. My computer died and he was right there to assist in rescuing all the data on my hard drive. He then recommended several new computer options for me to consider. I purchased one and he then installed all my old data and brought my new computer up to speed in no time. Seth was so easy to work with. He was patient and kept in touch with me. His customer service skills are excellent; he never left me hanging. He is smart and knowledgeable. Recently, I called him about helping me with a very small matter and he got right onto it.

It went extremely well. I originally went in because my computer took forever to start up, and then even longer to open a browser window and to save anything. It was really slowing my business down. When I explained the problem to him, Seth ask a number of qualifying questions. He said I could stick around while he worked on it, or I could come back in an hour or so. When I did return, he had my computer up an running extremely fast. He also fixed a video auxiliary that he found out to be corrupt and fixed that. I now know why my computer would shut down in the middle of watching a streaming show. It doesn't now! Seth was extremely professional, and explained everything in laymen terms for me so I knew exactly what was being fixed. This is the second time I have brought my computer to him, and will definitely go back!

Excellent as always. We have used Seth's services multiple times and have consistently been pleased. End result is we have a fully operating and functional desktop back when we fully anticipated that we would have to purchase new. I always appreciate Seth's level of knowledge, professionalism, and support each time we have a computer question or problem. He will make recommendations for future maintenance and is always available for a consultation. I've been taking our family laptops to Seth for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
