I cannot begin to describe the absolute confidence I have in this very kind and competent man. He came to my house which was so helpful to me and did not even charge me extra. I have used Seth's services before and really consider him the very best in the computer skills/repair arena. He is just so quietly competent and very clear in his explanations. My skills are limited at best and being able to depend on him for such high quality service is very comforting to someone me age. It is very rare to find such high quality customer service in today's world.

Seth Brady did a fantastic job bringing my computer back to life. I had an update go bad and it corrupted everything on my computer. Previous to that the computer had been running very slowly and took forever to start up. Seth clearly explained what was wrong with my laptop. He gave me the choice of just cleaning it up which he couldn't promise that the problem wouldn't come back or do a clean replacement which I chose. Additionally I chose to have him replace the hard drive and my battery was shot. My laptop now works as if it were brand new. Seth has also been available for any additional program problems that I've had in regard to reloading some of my old programs. Fortunately I still had activation numbers. I would absolutely call Seth again if I need any additional help with my computer.

Seth Brady from Brady's Computer Services is great! He had to travel for over an hour to get here and even after charging for travel time, he was still less expensive then the one star rated Geek Squad from Best Buy. Seth is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had my system up and running in short order and his suggestions were spot on. With absolutely no reservations, I would highly recommend him to all.

I am so happy and relieved to have found such a true professional and gentleman in the person of Seth Brady. He is so skilled and spent so much time explaining things to me. In today's world it is so rare to find someone so skilled and honest but in addition, he has great people skills, follow through and follow-up. Seth was excellent in his expertise - he was able to retrieve all data that I had been told by 2 local computer repair facilities (Staples & Best Buy) was not obtainable. I would bring any computer issue in the future to Brady's Computer - Seth knows what he is doing - he is the definition of a professional.

Mr. Brady did an outstanding job, resolved my issues, made it clear what could/could not be done, was patient with a non-computer person, and went above/beyond to make sure my computer performed as agreed. Would go nowhere else for any computer-related work or assistance. Outstanding.

Seth was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to my concerns. He recovered ALL of the information, files, data, emails, even desktop icons from the crashed computer. He quickly built a new computer to the specifications we agreed upon. After completion of the computer he came to the house, synched the printers and ran performance tests. He called twice in the days afterwards to check on any concerns or performance issues of which there were none. I would recommend Seth without hesitation! Most excellent!

My computer was built extremely quickly and I was able to give input along the way. We came up with specs that we agreed would fit my needs best and I had the computer fast! I later decided to add a quality graphics card to the build, which Seth kindly installed for no additional charge and showed me how everything works. Seth installed a new router and explained everything as he went. He was very good at explaining what he was doing, so I could understand it. It's been 3 weeks and all of my wifi issues are gone!

Great. Even though he had just returned from a two week vacation, Mr. Brady took a look at my computer the same day I called and returned it, repaired, the next morning. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it.

My computer had been hijacked and infected with malware. Until it was cleaned up I didn't dare use it. Seth promptly restored it to safety and gave advice on proactive measures to take. He then offered advice on maintenance and no-cost tools to keep it running smoothly. He was a life saver and is now my go-to computer expert.

As a self-employed web designer, I had an emergency situation on my hands with a bad power cord, and he solved my problem quickly and professionally. He answered the phone the first time I called, and his pricing was less than what I expected. I called the manufacturer of my out-of-warranty laptop (Acer) to get some info, and was immediately sent to a salesperson in India, and offered no help. Brady's Computer Service got me back to work, and we also discussed some future upgrades that will help us work more efficiently. It went great. Seth Brady accommodated my demands and created a computer that fit the guidelines I had given him. I had some problems and he came out twice to my place, which is some distance from his shop, to assist me. He is now in the process of selling my old p.c., something that goes above and beyond service I've experienced in the past. Seth is very patient with people like me who aren't as computer literate as he is, and has responded to questions that I've had by email quickly and politely.

It went great. Seth was very responsive and willing to do the work needed immediately. He did a free diagnosis on my computer, and determined the motherboard was bad. I needed my data recovered, which Seth completed in less than 24 hours—and on a Sunday no less.

Not only was Seth able to clean up the issues with my new laptop , he was also able to extract all the music I thought I had permanently lost on my iPod! Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Seth and would recommended him to anyone needing help with their computer needs!

Seth has helped me multiple times over the past 5 years with my computer, my internet, and other items with my house and phone. He is always pleasant to deal with and very professional. He explains things so I can understand them and is always very patient with me.
