I left a message for Seth about two laptops that were running slow. He called back the same day to discuss the problems and scheduled a time to meet. I brought the laptops to the business where Seth talked to me about the specific concerns. He discussed the process and the costs. I also asked Seth for information about parental control programs for the laptops. I was not in a hurry to get the laptops back so left them with Seth. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis to discuss the problems and recomemnded solutions. Seth determined that one laptop would cost a significant amount of money to repair so I decided not to proceed. I appreciated his honesty - this could have been pricey diagnosis. Seth "cleaned" the other laptop so that it is now processing quicker. Seth was especially helpful in obtaining information about the parental controls and which program would work best for my situation. He did the research and tried out the programs knowing that this would be difficult for me because I'm not familiar with how the programs work. I highly recommend Brady Computer Services. I am not a tech person but Seth treated me with respect and explained everything he did in an effective manner. He was responsive and comprehensive. I will use Brady Computer Services for my computer needs!

Mr. Brady answered my inquiry about service promptly. Mr. Brady provided an accurate estimate of the cost to repair. Repairs were done quickly and on schedule. Mr. Brady was very knowledgeable about computers. This laptop had previously been ?repaired? by a national office supply chain. While Mr. Brady?s location is not as convenient as a multi-location big box store, his service and expertise are well worth the extra time/travel required. Mr. Brady provides a service that is a good value.

He was on time. He knew what he was doing. He was just absolutely great. He informs me on things. I love the guy. I highly recommend him. It's a great help.

We had received an error message from our laptop saying the battery had reached the end of its usable life. I ordered a new battery from Dell (which is the model we have) thinking the problem would be solved. Wrong. The new battery would not charge. I called Dell customer support on the issue and, after struggling with the language barrier, they ran a diagnostic and concluded that our charging circuit on the motherboard was bad. They wanted us to send the machine in so they could repair it, meaning we would be without our only computer and internet access for at least a week and a half, at a cost of over $150. I called Seth on a Saturday and made an appointment for the following week. He was very flexible on the appointment time, which was fortunate since I work part-time and attend classes in the afternoon, giving me a window of about an hour in the evenings. He agreed to allow me to come to his home (which he works out of) in the evening. His initial diagnosis was a bad AC adaptor/power cord and he wanted to order one and have it ready when I showed up. Everything went as scheduled and the new cord did indeed fix the problem at a grand total cost of about $20! Getting a new cord from Dell would have cost four times that much. He asked about what kind of virus protection we were using and when I told him it was McAfee, he offered to do a cleaning of the system using his programs. He said he would only need the computer for a day, the total cost of cleaning and cord would be $100. Since I had been planning on spending that anyway, I agreed. I was able to drop off the computer at his home/office very early in the morning before I went to work, packing it safely in a bag and leaving it in a safe place for him to pick up. He did the cleaning that day, I picked up the machine that night and he left the programs he had used to clean the computer on the hard drive! One of them was an anti-virus program he recommended which has working MUCH better then McAfee at a fraction of the subscription price. Overall, Seth was very professional and pleasant, explaining the problems and procedures in laymans terms. He was extremely flexible, which was the only way I could have gotten all of this done around my crazy schedule, AND without missing the services of our precious laptop/internet for even a day, let alone a week and a half (no thanks, Dell!). With the addition of the virus protection programs he included and the dirt cheap power cord fix, I got WAYYY more than my money's worth, and the peace of mind of knowing that if I ever have any problems in the future, I know who to call. I would highly recommend him for any issues you have with your system. Thank you for everything, Seth, keep doing what you are doing and the business will keep growing, no doubt!

Pretty much all my prior experiences with computer repair companies have not gone well. Slow response, even slower repair time, poor communication and expensive. Frustrating each and every time. That is until I found Brady's on a Google search. Company was located close by and when I called he said for me to bring it right over. Very professional all the way. Got my computer back up and running in no time and then had great follow up. Several days after I had the computer fixed he called me to see how everything was working and if I had any questions. Unheard of! Since my first encounter I have used his services two more times. Always the same. Fair pricing, great customer service and he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this company.

He is a self-employed young man who works out of his home. He also does home or office visits. He is very professional. He knows what he's doing because he has a background and degree in computers. I brought my computer through his home, and he fixed it within a day. It has been working great since then.

I e-mailed Seth on a Monday and he called me promptly to set up an appointment for Tuesday. He arrived early and was able to fix my primary problem in about 15-20 minutes as well as clean up unnecessary files on my PC, back up important files to my secondary hard drive and removed an annoying screen saver that made noise. He was very courteous and professional and explained everythng he was doing in simple, laymens' terms. His rates are very reasonable compared to what others charge (usu $95.00+/hour). I would definitely call Seth again for service to my PC and would recommend him to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

My husband's computer's motherboard died and we were told that the information could not be transferred to a new computer. I contacted Seth Brady after we got a new computer and he responded almost immediately. All the information was transferred and he was very fast, unlike some of the other technicians I have dealt with in the past, who milked the job to get paid for the extra hours. He also checked out my computer and fixed a few minor things. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future. We all back to "up and running"in this household, for which I am extremely grateful.

The whole experience was great! Seth took about 15 minutes to acertain why I was really bringing the computer in and what I wanted him to do. He walked me through some of the easy fixes on the computer so I can perform them on my own in the future. For someone who isn’t technically savvy, he really talked to my level at the same time staying very professional. He fixed more than what I asked for so my computer would run faster, and didn’t charge me for his time to do it. If I have a simple or complex issue in the future, I will definitely be going back to Brady’s Computer Service.

I went to turn my computer on and got a blue screen and I was unable to boot up. I tried several times to boot, but couldn't. This is my personal computer but I have a lot of pictures, music, and important word documents. I then did a search on google.com for computer repair. Brady's Computer Services was the first to come up, I clicked it, went to the website, and then call Seth. He was very pleasent to speak with. We made arrangments for me to drop my computer off at his office about an hour later. I dropped it off, showed him what the computer was doing, he explained in detail what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. He then said it would take him a few hours to complete. I got a call a few hours later and he was all done. I went back to his office and my computer was up and running just fine. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Brady's Computer Services to anyone or any business that has any computer/network issues. They are a great company to deal with.
