Mr. Egger was very responsive to inquiries and professional in his communication. He will be my go-to-guy should I need the services of an electrician in the future.

Alan did exceptional work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. After purchasing his services, he promptly called to better understand the details of the job. He was very flexible in scheduling the work as well. I would not hesitate to call him again if needed. On a scale of 1 to 10, a 10 being the best, Alan earned a 10.

While using a power washer we blew a fuse but were unable to identify the source. As a result our garage door openers were not functioning. Alan found the faulty GFCI (which we had difficulty identifying as we just recently moved into our home and were not completely familiar with it's electrical layout and because the faulty GFCI outlet in the garage was covered by a coat hanging on a hook). He then went around and checked the rest of our GFCIs and replaced an additional faulty one. Overall, he and his son were pleasant, professional and efficient. Plan on calling him in the future if the need arises.

I originally purchased a coupon for 2 hours of service because I thought I needed help moving the 220v outlet for my range. I sent Alan an email via Angies List to set up a schedule and he contacted me the same day, ***while he was on vacation***, to let me know that his son and partner would be out to help. He was very responsive and helpful throughout. The Saturday before Alan's son was to come, the range delivery company was able to hook up the range. Alan Eger Electric arrived promptly first thing Monday morning as promised, before I had a chance to call and let him know what happened. I explained the situation and after talking for a bit, he agreed that we could install some recessed lighting later, using the coupon as a credit towards the future work. Very kind indeed! For scheduling the install of the lighting, I provided a few dates I would be available at home and Alan's son contacted me on the first day I was available early in the morning to ask if he could come by a few hours later. He arrived promptly on time with his assistant, and they professionally communicated what they needed to do, asked questions, and made sure i was happy with the placement of the cans and progress throughout. They were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and left me a happy guy with a reasonable cost of service. This was a great experience with a local electrician and I will certainly use them in the future.

The provider was prompt, completed a lot of work in the scheduled time.

They did a great job.. He was very busy to to some lightning strikes that took priority. I was on vacation the next week and Alan made sure to squeeze me in on short notice. Alan's son did the work quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I called Alan Eger Electric on a Sunday night around 8:00PM and left voicemails on both numbers. I tried both numbers again the following day around 11:30 - while I had a lunch window from work - and got him on the second number. He was perfectly easy to talk with and said he could stop by and look at the issue on his way home (home is a few blocks away from where the issue was.) We set it up so he would call me and I would meet him over at the condo. Around 3:40 Alan's son Sam called and offered to meet me at the condo just after 4:00. I met him there, explained the issue, and within a half-hour he had it diagnosed and solved. My wife and I just bought a new house, and I plan on calling Alan Eger Electric for any of our electrical needs going forward.

After looking for a good electrician to hook up the electric to our new water heater, we saw and bought a special offer from Angie's List. $99 for two hours of labor from a provider with great reviews. We contacted Alan and set up a date and time for the work to be done. He was great at communicating with us and letting us know when to expect him. On the scheduled day, Sam (Alan's son) called to say he'd be a little late, but promised it would be no more than 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. That was fine with me. When Sam showed up he was very friendly and professional. I explained what we wanted. He said that it wouldn't take long, and asked if there was anything else we needed, as we had him for two hours. I inquired about getting an outlet put on our deck. He said that was possible, and shouldn't take too long either. He went to work on the water heater, and was done within an hour. He then ran a GFCI outlet to the deck on its own circuit, which also took less than an hour. He was fast, but did great work. He mentioned that our circuit breaker panel was old and likely out of code. I asked how much it would be to replace and he verbally gave me a very reasonable quote. After our experience this week, we will definitely have him back to perform that work when we get around to it. In all, we paid $99 for two hours of labor (Sam mentioned he typically charges $65/hour), and $85 for parts. It was a great deal.

Alan was very responsive. Getting in touch me within an hour of leaving a message, and keeping me updated as to when they would be able to send someone. Did the job well and for a reasonable price.

Made the appointment online after purchasing the $99 special. Alan was very quick to respond. On the day of the appointment he was running a little late but called to let me know that he was on his way and was only 20 mins late. He was very professional, and efficient. He took the time to update me on the new units he installed and I would highly recommend Alan Eger electrical.

First visit they missed their appointment time but they just came back and made it right.

The contractor contacted me immediately and let me know that he has been ill and would not be able to perform the work for at least a month.

He had his son come out with him and they did a good job. I spent $60 for a whole hour service. They knew what they were doing and they were nice and experienced. The job went excellently. They were diligent and they explained anything I asked them. He's locally available, his schedule was very good and he was punctual. They did a nice job.

Alan was so efficient and knowledgeable. He works very quickly and is extremely knowledgeable. Alan actually saved me several hundred dollars because he said he could replace the breakers and not the whole service panel, as I had been told by a different electrician. I would not hesitate to use Eger Electric again.

The service went very good. It was more time than expected. They came out two weeks after I had first contacted them on Angie's List.

Excellent! We bought the $99 for 2 hours of labor and paid only $47 for parts. He was extremely responsive - always returned calls when he said he would and did his best to work around the wet spring since it was an outside job. He was professional and left everything nice and neat. All the work was completed as promised and we were so happy with the results. Would definitely use his services again!

We purchased a BIG DEAL and for the 2 hrs of service, had a ceiling fan installed, and a new outlet installed for our kitchen hood/microwave combo; afterwards, we had one more project we asked to have done and negotiated a fair price for the additional outdoor GFI outlet replaced. All in all, a very good experience and we would definitely call upon Alan again. Alan responded immediately after the purchase of the deal and was in touch with us frequently to schedule his visit.

Alan and Sam were excellent. They were efficient, helpful on figuring out solutions, communicative and hard working. They fixed all of these issues in 3 hours total. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I'm having them come back next week to do some more work.

Everything went well and he was done in a very short time. I was very pleased.

I called him in a panic when half my electricity wasn't working including my heat. He asked me some questions on the phone and told me it sounded like the lines outside and to call electric company. It turned out electric company was responsible for fixing it. He could have come to my house and charged me but instead he was honest and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
