+ -1 moreNathan Hjort said he dos not do Standish, even though I'm only 3 miles from North Windham. Certificate on the "Daily Deal' - reads in fine print - - Cumberland and York Counties only. Then said he could come - but would have to charge more than the $391. I already paid. Which means, he'd have to charge more to go the extra three miles. This is not good business for Angie's List!
Description of Work: Called and said he does not service Standish, but when I bought the "DEAL", the fine print reads Cumberland and York counties only. Now I'm out the money - and takes forever for a refund, if I get it at all - hopefully.

+ 1 moreGreat- they spent an entire day doing the work & cleaned up all the debris. They were both very friendly & Nate is a very knowledgeable landscaper.
Description of Work: Pruned numerous trees & shrubs, fixed part of a stone patio, trimmed the weeds between the stones completely, I can't even see them anymore. Weeded & defined the flower beds, cleared the perimeter of my yard.

+ 0 moreSince I did not start a weed n feed program in the Spring, I was not sure what one application would do for me. My lawn looked like it was all weeds, but Nathan assured me that it would green up well and rid the lawn of many of the weeds. It really looks so much better after only a couple weeks and some bare spots filled in with grass as well. I didn't even water! Nathan was really pleasant to talk with and even took out some old metal garden edging when he came out to talk to me before the work on the lawn. Now I know I'll be calling him to help me out on my new property in Scarborough. Thank you Nathan!

+ 1 moreAll three aspects of this project came out as I had envisioned and hoped. Nate arrived on time and got right to task. He was meticulous about his work and did not take any shortcuts. For example, the clean out of the badly overgrown flower bed was very thorough - everything that was rooted in that area was pulled out completely before the soil was prepped for new plantings. It is clear to me that Nate takes pride in his work and is thoughtful about his approach to each task. His selection of new plants and shrubs took into account how the landscaped area would look like through each season and how it would grow and expand into the space in the coming years. When all of the above work was finished the improvement was striking. I couldn't have been more pleased and I plan on using Absolutely Complete Property Services for other projects in the near future.
Description of Work: (1) Cleaned out an overgrown flower bed, edged, added compost, mulched, selected and purchased new plants and shrubs - choose plantings compatible with the area that would yield year round flowering. (2) Edged and mulched around 5 trees along driveway, (3) Pruned and improved the appearance of a shrub.

+ 1 moreI live on a wooded property and a rather large tree had fallen from the woods and into my back yard. I called a couple of landscaping services organizations to provide a quote. I spoke with Nate who was very responsive and came the property to give an estimate the same day I called. He provided a clear explanation of the services he would perform. He stated that he could complete the work either later in the week or early the following week, but he ended up having an opening in his schedule the following day so he came to do the work earlier than planned. He did a fantastic job. In addition to removing the tree as we discussed, he cleaned all the sawdust from the back yard. You couldn't even tell that he had been there! He was incredibly responsive - he did the estimate, provided insurance documentation, and completed the job before one of the other companies I called could even come out to do the estimate. I would definitely work with them again.

+ -1 moreI called everywhere and no one really wanted to deliver rock to me as I didn't need a super large quantity. When I spoke with this company he was very nice and agreed to help me. He came by to determine how much I would need- and then he brought it out to the space and dropped it off, he even helped me level it out a bit. He was on time and very nice......I have his company lined up to do more work at my house in the next few weeks!

It is a rarity to find a compassionate hard working young man such as Nate to handle all and any jobs you need done. The name of his company says it all. Absolute Complete Property Services.
Description of Work: I have been a client of Nate’s for quite a few years. His initial responsibility was snow removal. Dependably he would shovel my steps and plow the driveway. From there he earned his trustworthiness to bring his focused, professional, and skilled green thumbs to my landscaping needs. He works personally with you and appreciates your ideas and concerns. He listens and offers you advice.Some people may say “I can do it myself”- but let me tell you ~ nothing outshines the unquestionable pleasure of driving down your street and coming home to a recently mowed lawn on a sweltering summer’s day. Nate does fall and spring yard clean up as well as fertilizing ,seeding, mowing, and weed whacking of my lawn. He has designed flower beds and relocated shrubs and flowers. Nate is truly a phone call away. Once, in the middle of a snowy winter, I gave a call and he was able to come over and shovel my roof. Another time I was making an effort of snow blowing a pathway for my very spoiled cats . Lets just say the snow blower won that war. I left the snow blower in the middle of the magical cat path and called Nate. He showed up and made me and my cats happy campers that winter. No job is too small or in this case too bizarre for Nate. Nate is energetic and an excellent business man. He will create your yard to look a lot like the one in your minds eye.
