Ok.....the lawn was mowed when it was wet and instead of a clean cut, the grass was all matted. The leaves were removed, but the cutting back and cleaning up of beds was messy. The crew came on a cloudy day in the afternoon and were working into the dark. I think that they were rushed and didn't pick up some of the leaves matted down in the beds on the property line. When I checked in with them, they came right over and were very responsive and polite. When asked if I would hire them again, I think that i would would a bit more guidance around the quality of the finished job.

Very prompt, thorough service. More than I asked for at agreed price.

We'll know better later in the season, after I've set up watering schedule, etc.

I found Nate and his team to be extremely professional and responsive. We called four local landscapers recommended by the nursery we purchased the plants from. I called all four, told them they were a referral from the nursery, and not a single one returned my call. I had never used Angie's List before and decided to give it a try. Found this company, they had great reviews, and all of them proved true. Would hire again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent they do a great job every week

Wow! They do an amazing job! My weekly house sitter sends me pictures of the property from her weekly visits and it always looks good! They mulched recently and cleaned out all the beds - it looks so pretty! And in the winter I am always sure that my walkways and driveway and deck are clean and ready for me to come to my second home in Maine - We LOVE this company - I only wish I had them in NJ where I live the rest of the time - they do great work and Nate is a totally hands on owner - answers all my questions and always returns calls. Hard to find in these days - "Absolute" is a "keeper"!

We needed a session or two to get the yard work done properly. Snow removal went very well.

Nathan is great to deal with - he's pleasant, he and his team are on time, and they do exactly what they say they're going to do. The property looks fantastic, and his responsiveness is exactly what we're looking for when forming a relationship with businesses on Angie's List. Thankfully it looks like we found a permanent landscaper, and there's one less thing to worry about each year!

Per my father: Nathan walked the property and made suggestions then came back with a crew and did the pruning and removal that was discussed. The problem is he never did the drawing to replant as agreed upon. I reminded him once by email a month later and by that time it was "a busy spring" and he "forgot". He said he'd get right on it. I sent another email as to what was happening last week (6 months later) and no answer. So it looks like if you need someone to do basic clean up work this is your guy. But if you want landscaping planning and planting, that doesn't seem to be of interest. Too bad as I had another property to do too.

Perfect. The final bill was re-adjusted for Nate taking less time to complete work. A great experience and am already considering him for another job.

First week, two days with 2.5 person crew. Trimmed some shrubs, removed two trees, discussed desires for future landscaping. Listed future work to be done: Trim yews, correct tree posture, grading, design plan, and more . Charge for this two days work = $950. Twelve weeks later, nothing done. One phone call, Oh, yes will work on plan. Eight weeks later, nothing done. Any future offer of assistance will be refused. Hired this company on the basis of Angie's rating. Never again.

They worked consistently until done and it looks great- just want I wanted. It had taken a couple of tries to get them here but one of the things i REALLY liked is Nate's timely communication. I prefer email and he responded very quickly when I sent something. At one point he was going to be here Wed but something came up so we rescheduled to Friday. But he kept me posted the whole time and there were no issues. Good to deal with and great work ethic. Hope to work with him again as we need services.

Great! Grass seems to be taking, three weeks in. Would hire Nate again.

Terrific! Nate and Colin came when expected and worked hard to weed, mulch and edge the flower borders, herb garden and shrub areas. There are a lot on this small property. They also turned over the vegetable garden and prepared it for spring planting. We appreciated the way that Nate sought to provide quality service but yet tried to save money by avoiding unnecessary activities. His cost was less than his estimate for this work.

I first met Nathan, the owner of Absolutely Complete Property Services when he came to do the estimate. During the estimate it was easy to see his incredible attention to detail. While he wasn't the cheapest estimate I received, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so I chose Nathan after a total of 3 estimates. His work was top-notch and he is a consummate professional. He communicated clearly, gave a 100% accurate estimate, and when bad weather interrupted the work, came back exactly when he said he would. His assistance was equally polite and professional. As described above, my EXTENSIVE gardens were completely trimmed, weeded, mulched, edged and re-vitalized. I was impressed that Nathan was able to accurately distinguish my perennials from the weeds! He even left perennials that had self-seeded in areas where they were appropriate. When Nathan and his associate finished this project, the "curb appeal" of our house was completely restored. At the end of the project, which took about 1/2 day longer than expected, Nathan came to see if I was satisfied with the work. I told him that I would like to hire him again next year (I had back surgery which precludes extensive gardening). On hearing this, he suggested that I actually have him come in the pre-winter season to cut back and clean areas in preparation for winter which would not be that expensive and save significant time and money next spring. I appreciated his suggestions which made gardening sense and would translate to savings for me next spring.

I called during an urgent situation and he was there in 20 minutes to look at my property. Unfortunately, there was nothing he could do that would fix my problem (not an easy fix), but he was very open, honest, and helpful about the matter. I can see why he gets straight A's on Angie's List, which is where I found him.

Did a great job. Showed up, did the job, cleaned up and left an invoice prior to leaving. No loud radios or shouting. Very professional. The yard looks better than when I did it myself.

We have never had a bad experience with Nate, and he continues to do exactly what he promises to do. The lawn looks great, and we feel like we have all the help we need to manage beautiful grounds.

It was fantastic. We had purchased the Big Deal and he did the cost of the Big Deal and then we came up with a plan for some outdoor projects and he has done a couple of projects since. For the Big Deal he did a fall clean up, then planted new plants in new beds, redistributing the mulch, moving some other shrubs around. He listened to what we were looking to have done with our ideas then he walked the property with us, and gave his suggestions to what we thought was the right idea may not be the best ideas for the plants in receiving the light so he took the time to listen to what we had to say walk around the property explain clearly as to what he was looking to do, at what his best recommendations were, gave us recommendations to where to get plants that we were talking about at a good cost and what would be the best plants to put into the ground that late in the season that would come back in the spring. He told us how to take care of them, he came back to check on them and make sure what they were taking. We at that point talked to him about another job so he would be coming back to look at that job for us. He will be coming back in the spring for the spring clean up.

He worked quickly and efficiently. For the most part he did a very good job of spreading the loam. My problem was I did not have enough loam delivered, so he had limited material to work with. When he ran out of loam he was finished. What I wish he had done more of or done better was leveling out the tracks left by the dump trucks that delivered the loam.
