Called Marquis well and pump to see what I needed to get my well working on a home I recently bought that had been left vacant for 5 years. Thought they were just coming over to see what the issue was and then schedule a day to do the work, they showed up, fixed the problem and I had running water a few hours later. I don't see how you can go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend!

Randy provided timely professional service. He resolved our problems quickly. He didn't have advance notice of the exact cause of our problem, but he came prepared for anything. He had all the parts we needed on his truck...no need to return to his shop or order parts! He carefully explained in layman terms what was wrong and our options for repair....he didn't pressure us to use the most expensive option. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Randy came on Sunday and finished the job on Monday, a national holiday! It was an expensive and unexpected repair, but Randy made some minor updates to my system that will save pump life, electricity, and he also gave me tips on how to avoid the problem from recurring. With a more efficient system and more know-how on my part,I'll get my money back! Randy is awesome!
