We had no water on Sunday. Call Randy on Sunday and came out Monday to replace my pump. Only took a few hours and well done. They are good people!

Randy, the owner, called me back and put me on for Monday morning. Others allowed me to leave a message to be returned on Monday. By that time Tandy had already installed a new pump and expansion tank. He was fast and did good work. We got a 5 year warranty as well. Doing laundry by the afternoon. Would recommend Marquis well. Hands down, the best.

It was Labor Day weekend responded in two hours and evaluated the problem and went to work. So thanks to them I had water for the up coming weekend. They were very professional I will use them again if I have water problems.

I had one issueâ ¦ I took my well cover off and found the power wire crushed against the steel well pipe, the plastic insulation was torn down baring the ground wireâ ¦ I called Randy and told himâ ¦ he was very apologetic and offered to send someone to tape it upâ ¦. I told him I would tape it upâ ¦. I also have a condensation problem in my basement that the pipes are sweating on my basement floor?â ¦ I am trying to figure out how to fix this.

Sunday morning, who knew? Quick reply, at our house in less than an hour from first contact. Randy was honest and friendly. His father was helping and such a gentle soul. Thankful for the referral. He changed out the expansion tank and referred us to another guy that is hydro-fracking as I write this. Fingers crossed.

He arrived earlier than expected and was very efficient getting the new well pump installed. We had water in less than an hour!
