Randy Marquis Well and Pump

Called at 7:00am and left a message. Returned the call within 10 minutes and estimated that he would try to get to our house in the afternoon. He was able to come over before noon. Diagnosed issue and fix everything within 30 minutes. I wish all professionals were as knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service

Randy was fantastic. Came to the house immediately and replaced my well pump at a great price. Delightful to work with -- and the water pressure is still fantastic almost a year later.

He was proactively responsive (he called me to make his service available after he received a notification from HomeAdvisor that I had looked up his business - I hadn't even called him yet, but I called him back and I'm glad I did). He was able to come out the very next morning and replaced not only our well pump, but our well storage tank and associated pipes for less money than we had been quoted by another company to replace only the pump. Took only 2 hours, even with the extra "elbow grease" he had to apply because our well/ accessories were so old. Everything is shiny and new, and luckily we didn't have to completely break the bank to get it that way! Would definitely call Randy Marquis Well & Pump again.

On time to save the day

Called numerous well companies. These guys (as in Randy and his Father) showed up to look at damage on Labor Day weekend and then came on Tuesday after to start AND finish job same day. Pleasantly PROFESSIONAL and incredibly knowledgeable! Reminded me that is why true customer SERVICE rules! Call them! Soo glad we did! Oh! And they will help with dealing with the insurance company to boot.

I had an leak due to a faulty well tank in my utility room. Marquis Well went above and beyond to help me out by reworking their schedule for the day to be able to come to my home. They were thorough in troubleshooting, explained the problem well, and had all the parts on hand to complete the job in what I would call industry best practices. They even found time to install a sediment filter that I had been wanting to do for the past few years but didn t have a confident solution for. Excellent overall experience.

Randy & Alan arrived slightly earlier than scheduled which worked well for all of us. Their teamwork was outstanding as they completed various segments of the installation. The installation of the aeration filtration system was professionally completed; it looks & works great. Randy also took on another small repair for me during this visit, swapping out the water line & fittings leading from the well to the pressure tank. The original parts were an inferior black plastic pipe with plastic 90 degree fittings. New blue pipe and copper 90 degree fittings were installed. Voila, two days later I confirmed the suspected small leak (not just pipes sweating) associated with these parts was eliminated as the visible water trail along the backside of the inside of the foundation had dried up. I watched all the worked as it was completed, asking questions about the equipment and expected performance. Randy & Alan were very easy to talk with and offered great information. Very happy with the service and the results.

I originally rated them 5 stars. That is until I had a basement leak from the hole they drilled in the side of my foundation. I had to call them back 3 times to come fix it. It is still not fixed! I would not recommend this company at all. They did not clean out the two applications of beeswax they put in before they tried plugging the hole with hydraulic cement and now it s clogged with beeswax and hydraulic cement and STILL leaks. Moreover, they acted as if I was being inconvenient by asking them to stand by their work. Very disappointed....

Was contacted by the company shortly after accessing website. Mr. Marquis arrived at my home within the time frame and quickly diagnosed the problem. Then he went to work. This job included excavation in a difficult to get to spot. He dug a hole adjacent to water line and changed a cracked PVC fitting with a brass one, then replaced the soil. The whole process took 90 minutes. Don't really care about the cost. The convenience, quick response and trade knowledge is far more important. Thank you!

Great service and response time. We had an emergency, out pump went and needed to be replaced at our camp and we had renters in there with no water. They came out the very next morning and got the new pump and pressure tank installed and working withing a couple of hours! Would highly recommend this service pro!

Randy returned our call quickly even though it was Saturday. He understood the issues we were having with the pump. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, which was a holiday. He was actually able to come Sunday AM after completing another job and within two hours had replaced the holding tank and pump. He removed the old tank and pump. System now works perfectly. Price for the new system and labor was exactly what was anticipated.

We came home from vacation to find we had no water on a Saturday. I called Randy and he answered the phone directly, offered to try to get there by late afternoon and even ended up adjusting his schedule to accomadate our urgency. He showed up, identified the issue with the pressure tank and well pump (both shot), and was able to fix everything promptly ( in the rain no less). With our history of running out of water, we choose to drop the pump another 100 ft and upgrade our pump hp to accomadate the change. He had everything in the truck and they were very efficient in their work! While it was an expensive repair, the ability to get it done quickly and knowing it was done properly, was huge. I could not be more satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend Randy and his crew!

They came right out from another job at the end of the day when I called them having no water. He knew exactly what had happened to cause my loss of water and replaced the pump which had burned out due to the tank bladder failing. He and his employee had my water back within 45 minutes of arriving. I highly recommend them absolutely!
