Randy Marquis Well and Pump

He is very knowledgeable, fixed the well pump and another piece for a decent price. No charge for the service call so long as you have them do the work. Done in 2 1/2 hours. One visit and done.

Randy and his Dad took a call from me on a Saturday morning when our 1.5 HP deep water pump died. He was over in an hour and had us up and running by Sunday. They also replaced my storage tank and did all new wire plus later replaced the filter. Great 5 year warranty and impeccable service.

Our well pump died on a Sunday. We moved to York last year. People on face book recommended Randy Marquis. I tried to contact the original installer of the system who did not accept calls on Sunday. I called Randy and he called back within minutes. He sent Mark on Monday morning. Mark did an incredible job and replaced the pump, wiring, both storage tanks, and relay switches in a matter of hours. It was great seeing a master at work and he left no mess afterward! After going without water for a week because no one would call me back, I decided to try home advisor , within 10 seconds Marquis called me and set up an appointment. Tom a very kind man had me up and running in about 20 minutes. If I ever have any issues again they're my first call (fingers crossed that I won't need to) But it's good to know they are there.

The response from my first contact was very quick. They came to repair my broken well pipe in two days, after I had failed for two weeks and several contractors to get someone to do the repair. The pipe was repaired and working well. The estimate was much lower than the final cost, and the site was left quite rough. I will need to do extensive ground work in the spring. But am thankful to have my water source fully working.

They replied immediately and after a thorough check is the problem at my property, installed a new well pump. Great work and super service.

Contacted Randy on a Saturday night when my house completely lost water pressure. Randy called me back immediately and, luckily for me, had a cancellation on Sunday morning. He sent Tom out who was on time for the appointment and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. His quoted time to replace the well pump and tank and price were spot on and he walked me through the process which I really appreciate as a newer homeowner. Randy and his father were nothing but curious and kind, they arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work diagnosing our water system, they gave us their recommendations and replaced the pump and water tank plus associated parts all with an hour, this was not a rush job as the workmanship was top notch, they just really know what they are doing and how to do it an a very efficient manner

Tom, the man who did the actual work was very knowledgeable, work very efficiently, explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job. He pulled up a roughly 500 foot well, replaced the pump, changed the expansion tank and its associated pressure switch and components in three hours.

his worker did a fantastic job!!knew exactly what he was doing.it started raining while he was doing the job,and i felt bad..it didn't bother him at all.didn't stop him from completing the job!!would highly recommend them!!

They checked the problem right after returned their call. Got a very reasonable cost to replace the tank and did the work a day earlier than they originally plan to. Water pressure has been very good since the tank was replaced.
