They had a crew of 2-3 individuals and completed the work in 2-3 days (home is vacant). My brothers have been to the house since then and report that it is now spotless! They were very impressed with the amount of work that was done and the results. I feel comfortable that the new owners will be able to move right in without spending time to clean it and only wish that someone had done this for me when I bought my home many years ago. My only concern, is that I have yet to receive the invoice that was to have been emailed to me (I've asked twice). But overall this has been an "A" effort.

Everything was done to perfection. Considering this was a final clean of six years of buildup for my mother's apartment, my husband and I both agree that it was well worth having Pro Clean and Restoration to do the job. They fit us in on short notice as well. They even cleaned the outside of the entry doors to make the inside of doors look cleaner. They did not have to do that. So overall, I have no complaints -- just total satisfaction for a job well done!!

At first glance I thought they did an awesome job. I thought the price of 350.00 was 100.00 too much. After a thorough look I realized they only spot washed the walls and they did not wash the windows on the outside or inside the sills. They do not move the fridge or stove to wash the kitchen floor underneath. I had to go back and clean for another hour after paying the bill. they did clean baseboard, cupboards and the bathroom was an A plus! I was just disappointed in the thoroughness that I read about on Angies list. I also asked for an itemized bill and that has yet to come. I'm still looking for a great housecleaning business as we own several apartments in Portland.

Very pleased. They did a professional job. Probably could've spent more time but I only had so much time and short notice for them. They did a great job and I would re come d them highly.

ProClean cleaned my son and daughter-in-laws house as a birthday present (actually multiple occasion present). They did a superior job. It was a detail cleaning, hardwood floors, wood work, cabinet wood, walls, carpets , bathrooom tile and grout. I couldn't believe two people could get a house that clean in 9 hours but they did it. My kids are thrilled, I am thrilled. With three small children, a dog and a rabbitt there was a lot of sticky build up to clean, I highly recommen this firm. Susan

I contacted them because of an ad on the Internet. I had to put in my phone number in the a request for information. It was a Sunday, so I expected to hear from them on Monday. They called within an hour of my request for information. They gave me there prices over the phone. There a couple of items the woman I spoke with couldn't be sure of the price, but she gave me the price range. The day they were supposed to come it rained. They had misplaced my phone number, so they came to the house to reschedule. When they cleaned the windows etc. they did every thing they said they would. Doing window can be tough because they can streak. I could see any streaks even with the sun shinning thru. They treated my house as if it was their home. There were extremely professional. I would recommend them highly

An excellent job well done. I didn't need to tell them how to do anything. They knew exactly what to do and they did just that!

two workers came in i told them what i was looking to get cleaned. they are not like your normal cleaning company. i have had 5 cleaning company over the years and pro clean and restoration is by far the best i have ever had. they don't use duster they use a wet wash cloth. they picked up all my stuff and cleaned under it. they wash all floors by hand. steamed cleaned my carpets and removed all the spots that were no the carpets do to pets and my son. they washed my walls lights, kitchen, bathroom, dusted the house and cleaned the bathrooms. we cant wait to get to know them better.

the workers were very friendly and helpful. they moved everything away from the window's they cleaned the floor before putting my stuff back. they cleaned up after them selfs when they were done they cleaned my floors on the way out. i have old windows 90 year old wooden windows with storms they cleaned the storms as well. the differents between before and after is incredible. i have not had my windows cleaned for 5 years before i called pro clean and restoration to come do them. the light that comes in from the sun now is so nice. they even scraped the paint off my windows. and cleaned the mold on the out side of my casing to the window's.

They were successful to get everything out. They were on time, even early. They did a great job. They even got out the juice stains that were in our carpet.
