I can't praise Shawna and Josh high enough for the work they did. The house was in unbelievably bad shape, needing much trash removal, clutter removal, massive organizing,scrubbing and disinfecting a house with 7 rooms and 2 baths, plus a hallway that was in believable and unlivable shape. Added to that, they made many small repairs and picked up needed items (small rugs, locks, etc.). The job they did ran - expectedly - over 8 days and when they were done the place was unrecognizable. When they were done, you could, as the saying goes, eat off the floor. But more than that, they treated the inhabitants of the house, two elderly women and a single mother and child, with the greatest respect. Everyone was amazed at the magic they performed. They were efficient, didn't waste anytime, and more important, were totally trustworthy. I can only say that whatever job you have, they will do a remarkable job. Now that the house is cleaned I plan to hire them to do weekly cleaning. They earned every penny of their fee and then some. Thank you Shawna and Josh. You're amazing.

The reviews online seem promising especially the grade A review from a family who claimed their house was a hoarder house and that paying for the service was the best gift they could give themselves. However that review is exaggerated. When the cleaners showed up they turned down the job because my house was too messy. The only positive part of the experience was that they offered to help facilitate the refund of the deal. Ways to improve would be to take down the review that a hoarder house could be saved because that level of messiness is beyond their scope of service.

Im sorry we were not able to clean your home. Your house had needles everywhere though out the trash, and cloths it would have taken us weeks to clean. Your home was a Hazard to my cleaner. When we talked on the phone you said your house was dirty what we walked in to was far worse. You bought a $250 deal and in the details of the deal it says homes in the condition your home was in Would not qualify For the deal.

I am so grateful to the ProClean team. I hate to admit this but some of our rooms in our house would have definitely qualified for the "Clean Sweep Hoarders Show". Shawna and Josh and Sharon were so hardworking and also kind and nonjudgmental. They worked amazingly hard cleaning and organizing and went above and beyond to make our house clean and functional again. My children can actually welcome friends over again and I don't have to cringe with embarrassment when the doorbell rings. They made an amazing difference in all our lives. This is the best gift I could have ever given to myself and my family. We all feel so much better and get along better without a dysfunctional house. It is now "home again". I greatly appreciate ProClean and hope to get the garage and basement in order in the future. That would be a monumental task but with their help I know it's possible. Greatly appreciate ProClean!

The 1st time I called they didn't return my call. When I emailed them they said they did call me a leave a message. I guess it's possible I erased it although nothing showed on caller ID either. When they called again we did set up a date and time to come clean. They never showed up or called. They did quote me $175 to clean my 1 bedroom apt.

Set up an appointment for the following day. They did not show or call. I called them and got machine. Left message. No return call. I then called back thinking maybe I had the wrong day. I called again and left a message asking for a return call. Once again - no return call, no show

I am being honest when I say that the house had not been cleaned at all in at least five years and was home to five guys who couldn't be bothered picking up after themselves.. It was disgusting. The Pro-Clean folks tackled the job with a vengeance and really did a great job. They are thorough and very hard working. We are scheduling more work with them in the same house as we work our way through a full renovation of the house.

It wasn't a really good experience. They cleaned while I was away. There were a lot of things out of place. My computer router didn't work anymore. They had been pretty rough around that area. It looked like I had a scratch on one of my tables.

We started with a few problems, as they were not able to complete the work on the scheduled day - BUT, they were very good about communicating to us that the house before ours took much longer than anticipated and were very apologetic about having to reschedule. On the rescheduled date, they showed up on time, and got right to work. Our house is about 2600 square feet and they did a good job of hitting all the rooms. For the size of the house, and the condition it was in, I feel they did a very good job and think it was a very good value at the advertised rate. I would not hesitate to use them again for house cleaning.

There were 3 professionals, starting at one end of the house and methodically worked their way thru. They brought all needed supplies/mop/bucket/vacuum to get the job done. I was pleased to see all they accomplished in a short time. Two of the rooms were very dusty, to what I thought was to a "point of no return"(or at least for me to accomplish). The rooms were dust free and clean. There were piles of magazines/books that were disorderly and was left in a neat pile. I would use this business again. They are not afraid of dirt. patty

I hired the team to get our house cleaned up after painters had finished. They were pleasant, responsive and thorough. Every surface of our house had dust and worse. Now, it is all clean. Three people cleaned ten rooms, including three bathrooms, in just under three hours. I would definitely hire them again.

We bought a deal on Angies list and for some reason there was a glitch in the communication. I thought oh no, another deal that will fall through becase the provided can't get their acts together. In the long run I believe the first glitch was my fault and when I got Shawna on the phone she totally sprung into action. It was amazing. She offered to come that very afternoon as she was worried about our children arriving to an unclean house- We could not be more pleased with the phenomenal work of Shawna and her crew> A+++ all around!
Description of Work: Cleaned and scrubbed the whole house like it has'ntt been done in years!! It is still sparkling! Shawna and her teeam were amazing- moved tgrough the whole house methodically and thoroughly. They were on time, then proceeded to work longer than the original deal stated at no extra charge. For the price, a rip-off.
Description of Work: No showed a morning appointment. I called and apparently spoke to the owner, who apologized and said the team went to the seconds appointment first. I explained that I had specifically asked or the morning appointment as I had a medical appointment and had to leave home by noon. She said they would leave "soon" and be there in time to do the deep clean. They did not arrive until after 11:00 AM, and obviously did not perform the service expected in the abbreviated time available.

Description of Work: Shawna and her team were absolutely amazing. They cleaned our camp and also our house. They GREATLY exceeded my expectations. I was amazed how much they accomplished. I was totally overwhelmed with the house and I didn't feel comfortable at the house. I felt like I just didn't have the time or motivation to thoroughly clean the house. Yet, I did not want to have anyone in to help. I cringed whenever the doorbell rang. I did not want people over because the house was such a mess. It was particularly sad that I didn't want the kids friends over. I really do want to welcome friends but I was embarrassed about the house. Shawna was very kind and nonjudgemental. They thoroughly washed our dirty kitchen cabinets, floors, bathroom, and some windows (I didn't want all washed since we still have pollen) and they did so much more. Their products and attention to detail was excellent. I can't believe this is my house! I was so reluctant to hire cleaners. However, I am so glad I did. I felt like I should be able to do it all but I just couldn't. I felt stuck. Now I know it was worth every penny and so worth it . I still have a lot more clutter to organize. Rome wasn't built in a day but I feel I am now definitely on the right path with Shawna's help getting started and offer to help more. I now have not only a cleaner house but also to have peace of mind. I feel so much happier. Shawna has also offered to help me get organized which I desperately need. The nice clean house was a great step in the right direction. This very professional team of cleaners has helped me to move forward and become inspired to do more to get the house in order. Shawna and her team were definitely a Godsend. I am so very grateful.

I have called the service twice and my daughter has contacted them several times also. We have not received a reply.. I wish to either have the cleaning completed or a portion of my payment refunded. I,plan to contact the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved.
Description of Work: I obtained this service for my daughter. The provider came and did a portion of the cleaning and has not completed the job. I understand that due to the pets in the house extra time is needed. I have said I will pay the extra amount. However, the service I purchased was for 6 hrs of cleaning and this has not been provided.
