Pro Clean and Restoration

I purchased an Angie's Deal; $150 for 6 hours of cleaning. The team arrived promptly when scheduled (and they were flexible about the timing). They worked efficiently and thoroughly for the next 3 hours. EVERYTHING was cleaned! The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. They cleaned all woodwork!!!!! All surfaces were perfect when they left. I will not hesitate to contact them again to set up regular service! I was really very pleased by their work.

The end result was very good--everything was clean. Scheduling, however, was a nightmare. Company scheduled, rescheduled, and rescheduled again.

I had 20 windows, 2 skylights and 4 entry doors to clean. One side of the house was particularly disgusting due to sun, wind and the tree line. Shauna and Josh scrubbed all the windows efficiently by working together on the inside and outside; two windows required a 40 foot ladder. All the screens were cleaned as well. It looks like someone turned on the lights when they finished! They were personable, friendly and I will have them back again next year!

It went super well! The house was thoroughly cleaned. I wish I had time to type more details. I did hire them to come back and clean regularly. Shawna is responsible, reliable, and communicative.

They always do excellent work. They are very thorough - vacuum, wash floors, dust, clean ceiling fans, clean countertops and inside microwave, and get the bathroom cleaner than I have ever been able to, etc. The last time they came Shawna noticed that salt had tracked down the stairs to the basement and cleaned the stairs and carpets in the basement, even though we only ask them to do the first floor! Very professional. One time they came they broke a small $1-2 pot, and were extremely apologetic about it and offered to buy us a new one. Flexible with changing the schedule if necessary (easy to communicate with text messaging). Highly recommended!

After an initial misunderding about arrival time, Pro Clean showed up right on time on our rescheduled day. Three people scrubbed, vacuumed and mopped for over four hours, taking only a 20 minute break in the middle. Everything looks great now; the fixtures shine, the baseboards have been cleaned, the showers and tubs disinfected. They even cleaned an extra room to make up for the original misunderstanding. I couldn't be more pleased with their services, and found them pleasant and easy going... We will definitely hire them again for another deep clean in the future!

We heard about pro clean and restoration from a friend's. We are so happy we listen to our friend's and hired pro clean for a detailed house clean. 3 workers showed up and I could not believe how well they all worked together. They were fast and extremely thorough. They clean everything in our home. Our windows,window sills, walls, all trim around doors and baseboard trim. They cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom getting all the build up off the shower that I could not get myself. In the kitchen they clean all The appliances inside and out. Cleaned the front and backs of all cupboard doors. Washed down all countertops and items on countertops. Vacuumed and washed all floors. Washed all lights, fans, light switches and baseboard heaters. Changed all bedding and linens. Vacuumed all furniture. We were extremely happy with the work.

They arrived on time and were very easy to welcome into the house. I showed them around and pointed out a couple of rooms that needed particular attention. Shauna, Sharon, and Josh went right to work. They took a 15-minute break about half-way through, otherwise it was non-stop. They worked so hard and it shows. My house is gleaming right now. They are too far away to have here on a regular basis but I will contact them for any big cleaning jobs that I have. I will get an estimate in the Spring for window cleaning. What a great way to end the year and be ready for the new one. Thank you! A+

I've been using Pro-Clean for about a year to clean my home every other week. At each visit, they clean the main floor of the house, and they clean the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms every other visit. I have been consistently pleased with the job Shawna and Josh have done. They're pleasant, fast and thorough. They're also very flexible when it comes to scheduling conflicts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

These people are awesome. I read the previous reviews for housecleaning and decided to go with Pro Clean because they had the most reviews and they were all positive. When Shawna arrived with another worker (I apologize I don't remember his name) in a small car, I started getting concerned, but my fears were unfounded. My house had 10+ years of dirt and grime and pet hair and everything else you can think of.... as well as being just plain messy. I told Shawna that we needed to put our house on the market and that it was going to happen soon and that I needed to get it cleaned as soon as possible. Shawna gave me an estimate over the phone of about 8-10 hours and was able to schedule the cleaning for 2 days after my call. I was a bit afraid to have someone come to my house because it was such a mess, but she never made me feel bad about my poor housecleaning habits. My den was a mess, papers and books and toys and games all over the place. They asked what I wanted to have done.... I was just ashamed at how it looked and asked if they would just clean the floors. To my surprise, shock and amazement they not only cleaned by floor but organized all that stuff. They organized so many things in each of my rooms (not just the den). I didn't need to do a thing to get ready for a showing of our home the next day. I cannot thank them enough for going that extra mile. The floors in all my rooms (mostly hard wood) look amazing! My house looks so good, cleaner than it has been in a very long time. I almost don't want to put it on the market! Their products do a great cleaning job and leave a clean smell without an overpowering chemical smell. It just smells clean! Exactly how you want it to smell. I cannot believe how good my house looks. It didn't look this good when I moved in 10 years ago. They worked so hard and did such a wonderful job. Very nice, very professional just a wonderful experience. The level of work they deliver is well worth the cost of their services. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning done.

We hired this company to do a deep clean of our home and they did a thorough job but the estimate (6 hrs) was different than actual time the job took (8 hrs) so we had an unexpected additional cost. Otherwise great customer service and job well done!

It went great. Over our expectations. They did extra work on candle wax stain on the bathroom floor, the stove and the hardwood floors. We were very pleased with their efforts and the results. We just hired them again to clean the other apartment we have lived in for 15 years.

NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO EXPLAIN WHY. UPDATE: I AM WRITING THIS FOLLOW-UP REVIEW BECAUSE I WISH TO ANSWER TO THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. THEY STATED THAT "THEY HAD ME DOWN FOR SATURDAY, THE 14TH." THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. IT WAS FOR SATURDAY, THE 30TH OF NOVEMBER. I ALSO LEFT TWO VOICE MESSAGES TO THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND AS OF YET HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN A RESPONSE. AGAIN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS COMPANY NEVER SHOWED UP OR RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS TO EXPLAIN WHY.

Came with all materials and worked very hard. Vechicle broke down so came late but still arrived ready to go. Some windows were streaky the next day which was a disappointment. May consider giving them a second chance.

When you count the bathrooms and hallways, I have more than 8 rooms. I was impressed enough to have Shawna and Josh come back in 2 weeks to deep clean the remaining areas and to do a regular cleaning of my house. It was great. They were done in 2 hours. I have had several recent surgeries and cleaning my house the way they did would have taken me a very long time. I had been feeling overwhelmed with trying to keep my home clean and comfortable but now feel very fortunate to have found Pro Clean. I have asked them to come back every 2 weeks for a top to bottom clean. Sure there have been the minor glitches such as directions and the right day but I don't anticipate anything long term once we settle into a routine. Update: I thought I should update my previous glowing recommendation of Pro Clean. After using them for over a year, we've had some glitches. There were several times I needed to call them to remind them to come and clean. When Shawna discovered her mistake, she usually came right over. I'm not sure what the excuse was but it always seemed to be something like she forgot or no explanation , just "be right over". I was willing to go along with this as her life seemed a bit chaotic and they did a good job for the price. The problem came when the one time I forgot to tell them we wouldn't be home she was quite upset but said ok, we'll come the next scheduled time. They did not show. I called and Shawna said they had just put in another Angie's list coupon and were very busy but we made an appt. for the next available Tuesday. They did not show. They did not return my phone calls. I stayed home most of the day waiting. I have not heard from them since. I'm pretty easy going and was willing to work something out but she never answered my calls. I would describe this as very unprofessional. I had never heard they did not like working here. I even asked them if they needed a raise after being with me for over a year and they responded "no". They do work hard and for that I would still recommend them as long as I explained my experience with them first.

OK - communication was a bit difficult to set up appointment, and then confirm when schedule needed to be changed. Arraning car drop off and pick up more difficult than anticipated.............too far from home to consider in the future.

They are awesome and the price is very reasonable. Both cleaners worked non stop to finish the job. They were pleasant and professional, would use them again in the future. The coupon was a bonus too. Proclean & Restoration are my new best friends!

I was very pleased with how clean the baseboards were because there was quite a lot of dust buildup. I have just finished renovating my house and definitely plan to use them again.

Little late showing up due to mix-up, but once there, went well.

I paid $149 for 8 rooms of housecleaning via an Angie's List Big Deal offer, but the listed value for these services was $350. I was impressed to get a phone call from business owner Shawna Poulin within 24 hours of my purchase. She was very kind, professional, and eager to schedule a date for cleaning my house. I had some family-related complications at the time, so we agreed that I'd get back in touch when I was ready to set an appointment. When I contacted Shawna, she replied promptly and was very easy to work with in finding a mutually-convenient date and time. There was a slight glitch in finding my house, but Shawna phoned before the appointed hour to clarify her understanding of our location, giving me a revised ETA that I assured her was fine, and perhaps even better for us also. Shawna & Josh arrived when expected, driving an Audi sedan with her company's logo on a professional, magnetic car door sign. They introduced themselves, went with me on a quick tour of the house, and assured me that they could clean our 10 large-ish rooms plus hallways and stairs, in the 4-hour session (8 person-hours, with both of them working industriously). I was delighted to hear that! Due to some extenuating circumstances, I had spot-cleaned, but had NOT thoroughly washed walls, moved furniture to dust, vacuum, scrub floors, dusted bookshelves or the books and other items filling them, cleaned pictures on the walls or louvered window blinds, or the whirlpool bathtub, etc. in the last 2 years. But none of this phased the hard working team from Pro Clean and Restoration! They went at it and made a HUGE difference here! We are so grateful to have a clean house again. I should also mention that we have 2 kitties who have been shedding quite a lot: Even with my good Dyson vacuum, I had not really gotten a lot of the excess fur out of a large black futon, several upholstered chairs (favored by the kitties), carpets, and a large oriental rug. But all of these trouble spots and more were "like new" clean after Shawna & Josh worked on them! The amount of work done in this session was very impressive. The only downside to this team was that they smelled of cigarette smoke, and the room where they set down their jackets, etc. smelled like an old ashtray for a little while afterward. They were very good about going out to their car for a brief smoke or two (without being asked) while they were here, and we really don't begrudge those breaks, given the pace and thoroughness which which they worked.
