Description of Work: Cleaned the main and second floor of the house. Vacuumed and washed floors, cleaned kitchen and bathrooms. washed walls.

Description of Work: I hired ProClean to do a full housecleaning from top to bottom on our lighthouse home in Durham. They were almost an hour late getting here, but got right to work and seemed quite efficient during the duration of their stay. However, when they left, there were many things that were either not done at all, or done poorly. I texted the owner and found that the poorly done areas were as a result of a new employee. The owner was very prompt in getting back to me, and they interrupted their vacation to provide a remedy for me, which I greatly appreciated. They also refunded a small portion of their fee for the inconvenience. |The cost of their services were not cheap, and I gave lower marks for that. I gave a C mark for quality, because even though they came and made good on the mistakes, the original quality of the work that they left me with was not acceptable. Because of their quick responses and willingness to offer a remedy for the situation, I gave high marks for responsiveness and professionalism. |Despite the issues, the husband and wife team themselves did a good job. Therefore, if a better price could be obtained, I would consider hiring them again.

Description of Work: Great job cleaning the new house before we moved in.

Description of Work: We have 2 dogs and a cat, so we have lots of furr. They deep cleaned my total house, baseboards, and EVEN the oven! Brought all their own supplies and equipment. Even carted out the trash when they left. I am highly impressed and hubby loved it too. We agreed that we want Shauna and her team back on a monthly basis. Thanks Angie for screening them for us. Made me feel confident having them inside my home.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 3 bedroom cape, including the inside of the refridgerator and inside the oven. My house has never been so clean! Their attention to detail was awesome, and they were very pleasant and professional. I will definately have them clean my home on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Hired them to clean in November, they showed up late, the next 4 months they were scheduled to come every 4 weeks and they didn't show unless I called them. I have finally had enough of their excuses.

Description of Work: My intial contact with Proclean was to help me organize my house. I moved from a 9 room house to a 5 room house. I needed help and since I have had a lot of health issues, it was great that they were so thorough. I have them coming to my house twice a month to keep the house in tip top shape. They are the nicest people and they will do anything you ask within reason.
