Terrific. While I have been lucky enough not to have heating issues recently I would call them immediately.

I rent a house from an individual who lives out of state. My attempts to coordinate with the company from my end were not effective. Finally, the owner arranged for the work. The plumber did not appear on the day I was told, so I called the company. I understand that sometimes plumbers get into a job that takes longer than expected and cannot always get to the next job on the day intended, but I was not happy that they had not called to advise me he wasn't coming. However, a plumber appeared at my door within the hour, and did a great job in less than 30 minutes. While it took some effort on my part to get the work done, I was very happy with the end result. The toilet does not budge, does not leak, and he even tightened the seat. Note: I don't know what the owner paid for the work.

He did a good job. He came when he said he would and also he saved me money.

Rudi answered the phone when we called. He was 45 minutes late for the appointment BUT he gave quality work, was here a short period of time to fix a faucet. I would call him again for service.

The work was done very quickly and went very well. I highly recommend this plumber. He returned my call promptly, was courteous and conscientious, and was completely professional. He didn't mind me watching him work, and he was happy to explain everything. He was very knowledgeable. I had already tried to fix the leaking toilet myself, but failed. Two other plumbers tried to fix it but their fixes didn't last long. This man said the problem was that generic parts were used, but this brand of toilet would only function perfectly with parts of the same brand, which he carried. He tested the toilet with dye in the water to make sure the repair work had truly fixed the problem this time. The work and the professionalism were so much better than previous plumbers. The lesson was that I should have used Angie's list in the first place. The next time I have any plumbing job, this is the man I will call.

I don't remember now but I am very sure that he was on time. His professionalism was very good. I am going to give him a call next week.

They were very friendly and very responsive when I first called. (Another plumber never called me back!) He was very quick and efficient when he arrived. Overall- good experience.

I called on a Sunday evening, left a message, and they came out Monday morning before noon, had it fixed in just a few minutes. I was very impressed. This service was also recommended by a friend, her sister, and cousin

Rudi the Plumber is our REgular Plumber. When we have a problem we call them - period. They have been more than satisfactory in every way over the years.

The plumber called to say when he would be there, was on time, he was courteous and polite. We showed him what was wrong, he promptly went to work and finish in about one hours time. Everything was working, we did not get an estimate, but figured that four small jobs would not be that much. He came in below what we thought it would be. He was prompt in answering our initial call, and was about four days after the call that he arrived at our door. I would use him again. Very pleasant experience.

I've been using Rudi the Plumber at our house for the last 4 years. They have always been punctual, professional, responsible, effective and reasonably priced. The latest job they did for me was to replace a kitchen faucet that had been giving me problems. I was going to install it myself, but knew that it would get done quickly and for a reasonable price-and they did. Overall, this is the one home repair service that I feel completely confident about using over and over.
