RUDI THE PLUMBER INC

I called Rudi the Plumber and i believe i left a voicemail about needing some work, left my phone, name and address. After two or three days with no call back i called again. Spoke to a lady, explained that i was following up on a call i left a few days ago, she asked for all my information which i graciously obliged. She then put me on hold and a guy picks up this time asks me all the same questions and information. I again gave that and he suggested they come take a look Friday 12/08 in the late morning or afternoon. I suggested they give me a call Thursday if they had a more specific time so i plan accordingly. Needless to say i didn’t get a call Thursday or Friday about an ETA and to make it worse, i cut my physical short so i can be home Friday morning by 10am. I was home all day putting off errands and sitting by the phone. No call ...no show. Not even till this day have i gotten a call or explanation. What a complete lack of unprofessionalism and total disrespect for my time.

We had just bought a house and noticed that we had two leaks from first floor bathrooms into the basement when we used the shower/bath. Rudi scheduled quickly and was professional. Service was completed very quickly at a price much lower than expected. Have not had issues since.

The sprayer in my kitchen sink started to leak – the tubing was cut and could not be repaired. I obtained the replacement part from Lowe’s. I called Rudi the Plumber for installation. The phone was answered promptly and in a courteous and friendly manner. They were able to fit me in the same day which was excellent news. Norm did the work quickly, and the replacement part works fine. Norm also took the time to briefly discuss with me some plumbing work for a near future bathroom remodel. He’s down to earth and easy to talk to.

Given timely appointmen; arrived on time to complete installation. Professional workmanship. Very pleased and will use again.

I had a house full of guests and my garbage disposal died and backed up the whole sink. They came over right away and got everything working again. Quick, reliable, and great service. Parts and service, price very reasonable. Highly recommend.

It went smoothly. They did a great job hooking the machines up when we moved in and we called them again to do the disconnect. They have always been great to deal with and we will call them when we need them on our new home.

For years, I'd been having a lot of backups due to the poor grinding mechanism of my disposal and the connection between the two sinks. The new disposal operates beautifully, and the backups have stopped. I've always had good service from Rudi and found the prices to be very reasonable.

The service was satisfactory and at a good price, he is very fair. The job he did was excellent and the clean up was good, he put everything back the way that it was. If there was any water on the floor, he insisted on cleaning it up. I would hire him again, he is a keeper. When I called them, they called me back right away. They were prompt.

We hired Rudi the Plumber based on great reviews on the site. We were dealing with some flooding in our basement and, as new homeowners, had no idea where to start. Scheduling a time was very easy, as Rudi the Plumber has a dispatch system. Norman confirmed a time with my husband on the day we requested. He identified the problem, explained the logistics of everything he was doing, then taught my husband how to make his own pipe snake so we could do maintenance ourselves and avoid calling him for this same problem. That last part really made us feel good about going with this business and we will certainly call them when other issues come up.

They have always been reliable and courteous.

The service visit went great! Norman arrived at the planned time, told me what he needed to do for the repair, gave me an advance quote on the whole job. He got right to work, completed everything in short order, and tested to make sure it worked and had no leaks. He took time to explain to me about the warranty on the faucet and he also took a minute to look at another plumbing problem and advise possible future work. I would use this vendor again anytime; the whole experience was good, from talking to the pleasant lady who set up the appointment to the excellent onsite service. The price was very reasonable, too.

It stopped the leaking water going into my basement. The extension moved the shower out from the wall further and is great. I have since used Rudi for a leak in my set tub. He was knowledgable, efficient, and very reasonalble.

Rudi arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. The work area was left perfectly clean in my bathroom. The price was very reasonable. He took the time and explained to me how to clean out the drain catch should I need to do this in the future and the importance of cleaning periodically. He was very respectful.

Norman, from Rudi the Plumber, called and kept us up to date on when he would arrive. He called later to tell us he had a customer who had called because she had water coming through her dining room ceiling. We told him that none of our work was an emergency and that he was welcome to reschedule for the next day, which is what we did. The next day he arrived on time. I walked him around the condo and showed him the work that needed to be done. He got his tools and needed replacement parts out of the truck, then came back in and set to work. Left everything in an orderly fashion when he was done.

Norm showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, and had them fixed quickly; he took the time to show me the repairs made, provided a replacement part for free, and offered useful suggestions about preventing recurrences.

My 2nd floor bathtub and sink were both clogged. I tried everything I could find to clear them including spending hours with a drain snake. I feared that a main line was clogged. I called Rudi the Plumber and they scheduled me quickly and professionally. The plumber was exactly on time, completed the work very quickly, did a great job cleaning up the mess I'd left behind in my efforts, and charged me less than I expected. I will definitely be using them again.

They have done work in this house for 30 years. They have been terrific. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They were reasonably priced. They were very nice guys. They were down home and not pretentious. They were honest.
