They do a good job, it's average. I would recommend using them.

He treats my lawn four times and do one flea and tick treatment for $200. He has a degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst in horticulture or whatever. He is pleasant, polite, and on time. My lawn is the lawn that everyone in the neighborhood comes to look at because of him working on it for four years. I turned him on to all my neighbors and now their lawn is starting to look as nice as mine. He is a nice man. You can't beat the price.

They are a little expensive. However, they do an okay job. They are persistent. The actual service they provide is good. We have been using them for about 6 years.

They are knowledgeable, and they are willing to share information. They are willing to make suggestions. We called them with a concern and they called back immediately to say that someone would be out here. We are so much happier now.

I tried to get a price and confirmation of what they'd do for what fee in writing - it was difficult to get confirmed information on service or fee. I prepaid. I had to keep calling them to be sure they were only charging me for work I authorized. They kept sending me bills even though I had prepaid. They kept trying to get me to buy more applications and charge me more. I had to keep very careful records and call them all the time - it was awful.
