Never called or contacted me in any way.

Lawn Dawg sold the company to Trugreen. I wasn't happy that my account was transferred without my knowledge or consent. Has anyone else mentioned this or were they notified beforehand?

Basic services are good. Peripheral services like aeration and overseeding are expensive.

Punctual, reliable and reasonably priced. My lawn looks great.

Very good, I am very happy with them. I have been using them for about 5 years. I think you get 6 treatments for the year for the $200. They are reliable, prompt and know what they are doing.

They provide the service that they advertise that they would. They come when they say they are going to come and I just think they did a good job. I was very happy with them. I would recommend them. I just signed up with them as a matter of fact for the upcoming season.

We've had them for maybe 8 years. We find them very good. If we have any problems, they are right there. They email my husband and say when they're coming. They come when they say they're going to come. They always let us know a couple of days ahead of time. Sometimes I question that they come and fertilize and they know there's a dry spot and they don't say anything about that. They seem to do a professional job, from my observation. I liked it that they were a local company. I know one of our neighbors has taken them on after seeing what they did over here.

We've used them for quite a few years and I'm pleased with them. The regular routine costs $42. Special things like aerating and seeding costs more. We will use them again. Usually, one person comes out and he finishes the job in 20 minutes to half an hour. I gave them a B because I don't think anything is ever perfect. The communication is good. The service is good. The service is done pretty well every time.

Our lawns are gorgeous and we constantly get compliments. We have over an acre of lawn and the organic treatments keep it green and healthy.We used to have a terrible problem with Japanese beetles, eating all our raspberries and vegetables. Lawn Dawg's ground treatments,have eliminated the pests and they are 90% gone!

They give you notice before they come so you know to expect them and then they leave you a summary of what they did. I have the best looking lawn on my road. I am happy with this service

They used natural fertilizer products. They came all Summer. We used them from May to September. They were very expensive that's why we don't use them anymore. They were expensive but they also would do treatments and things that we hadn't requested without informing us beforehand and then they would send us the bill. I was home and the guy knew I was here. He wouldn't come in and say, I'm noticing that you need such and such and this is how much its going to cost. They would just do it and give us a bill for $100 extra. I would not recommend them. My neighbors no longer use them either because of the same reason. That was how we started using them and the same year, my neighbor started having a problem with them. As a general rule, they weren't overpriced, its just when they started adding stuff on.

They can as scheduled and fertilized the lawn. They left a detailed report on the weeds we have in our lawn and stated 'We will be back soon to tank spray the lawn for weeds'. Several weeks went by and they hadn't come back, so I called. After some discussion they said they would schedule it. 6/13/14 - I got the scheduling email which conflicted with having the house power washed. I emailed back to indicate that day wouldn't work and was told they would reschedule. 6/17/14 - The technician arrived the morning they had originally scheduled but I stopped him before he did anything. Evidently they rescheduled the fertilizing but forgot to reschedule the tank spray for weeds. This morning I received an email rescheduling the fertilizing that was canceled for 6/23/14. Hopefully they will do the weed spray, too. I will update this when they perform the next application.

Very well- the fee is for the whole summer 2nd year using them--lawn has never looked better

They gave me a written estimate...I think it was mailed to me or dropped it off but they were fine. They were very personable and efficient.

They always call in advance to let us know when they are coming.The thing that we appreciate most about Lawn Dawg in comparison to other companies was their ability to communicate. The people who are here are able to communicate, explain and share things with me. The different is dramatic and substantial from other companies. Communication in terms of what they are doing, what is going on, and explaining things is very important to me. Clearly they are putting the emphasis of communication on those who work for the company.

They do a good job and the price is reasonable.

Received quote for lawn fertilization/weed treatment.

They just happened to be driving by and looked at my house a few years ago and they offered me a decent price on the thing and I signed up with them. Now I have the best looking lawn I have ever had. Every time they come out and they stop by and look around if I have any concerns and hand me their card. They spot treat any areas of concerns and if they have suggestions to things I can do they let me know. Their attention to detail stood above and beyond. They also do insecticide service on the lawn which is designed only for the lawn.
