Description of Work: I needed my clay pipes cleaned out/reopened as the previous owner of my house had let them rust close. I have also had him replace some exterior pipes to an outside spigot.

Description of Work: We had a leaking faucet. Mike came over promptly and took it apart. He was very honest about whether the repair would fix the problem; it didn't, but the fault was in the faucet, not his work. I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: On NY Day my outdoor faucet started leaking. Mike had recently done some work for me, so I called and left a message for him describing the problem. He called back that night, gave me some suggestions about how to deal with it overnight, and said he could be there the next morning. He arrived promptly and performed the repairs. I was extremely grateful for his quick response and impressed by his comprehensive solution to the problem.

Description of Work: Chased down some water pressure/flow problems that were apparently caused by solder left in the lines by a previous plumber. It wasn't easy, but he wasn't about to give up until the problems were fixed.

Description of Work: I talked with him on the phone about a jammed in-sinkerator and he talked me through the likely solution. He was kind and offered great advice, without forcing a service visit.

Description of Work: I asked Mike to come over to snake my system. He was quick to ask more questions to qualify my request. He quickly told me that I most likely did not need that service. He came over (with 20 minutes) and went to each head, flushed them a number of times and then made the recommendation that I do nothing. Though I was having the problem of a running head and one that often would over flow he adjusted the fill level one on and asked that I speak with my family about what goes down the head. We then spoke about water consumption and I learned that my heads were 20 plus years and that current models were more efficient. I was so impressed with his professionalism I asked him to come back to install two new heads. I was going to buy them from a wholesaler bet he offered that he buy them and he saved me $200.00 off any price I could get (even from the internet). I know he made some money on the back end but he saved me money so why should he not make some? He then charged only $200.00 to install them. PERFECT.

Description of Work: Capozza Plumbing determined that we did not have a blocked pipe problem but a septic issue, which he does not do.

Description of Work: Cabled my slow-draining sewer line, 125 feet!

Description of Work: Internal plumbing was totally blocked and raw sewage was coming up through my basement floor. I called mike and he was here within two hours and was able to solve the problem.
