I called Mike late on a Friday and he got back to me first thing Monday morning and was at the house by 8:15 that morning. We had discussed the issue on the phone and he came equipped with everything needed to complete the job. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. He got the job done quickly and answered all my questions as he went along. i was not expecting to be able to get this done so quickly during the holidays. Mike was terrific!

Mike is fantastic. Absolutely the best. He also fixed a couple of other things while he was here and even set me up with a great furnace guy (Joe Scott Plumbing & Heating, also wonderful service). Would highly recommend.

Mike was prompt and professional, and obviously has a lot of knowledge from his years on the job. If you're lucky enough to catch him at a time when he's taking on new clients, you've found a reliable plumber for life!

Great. Mike was gracious both on the phone and in person. He found an issue and tried various solves to fully scope the pipes. He offered additional thoughts on other pipes he saw in the crawl space. He videotapes the scope and provides a cd to the customer. He was referred to me by my sister and I would definitely hire him again. Next time I do this, I will schedule sewer scope and home inspection at different times.

He doesn't perform the service we needed, but, he did call us right back the same day and was kind enough to provide us with a few names of other providers who were able to help us which was very much appreciated!

mike has helped me clear sewer lines at different locations that I own and manage over the last fifteen years. he does a great job and is very thorough.

Great job! I was particularly impressed by Mike's emphasis on teaching me about how the system worked. The DVD he gave us of the system and the way he helped melocate all the underground parts of the system will be extremely helpful if this problems ever recurs.

Mike gave me a good education on the structure of the line as well as showing me where it went down to the public line He explained everything as he went and made sure I had all the information for the future including a DVD of the condition of the line for future use. He was a few minutes early but called first to make sure it was okay. Considering the business , Mike was very neat and careful. As it turned out , the line was no where near where I thought it was. great job.

Quick to answer calls and set up appointment for estimate. Friendly service, but price was too high.

Mike had the right part in his truck and the cost was minimal. He explained everything and was very nice. I have worked with him before on a sewer cleaning job and that experience was great also.

He was just great. I give him a high recommendation as well. He knew exactly what he needed to do. We had to find the exit to the street and he saw that it was the original plumbing so we had to cut the cap off. He had to pull the line down. He encountered some roots in the system and he cleared that out and he showed me that the line had been cleared. He cleaned up all the area and he left. He's a really nice person.

When we arrived at the house for the inspection Mike arrived at the same time. He quickly got to work and in a few minutes called me in to take a look at the monitor. He replayed the whole scope from the house to the connection with the street. He found a couple of odd things, one of which might be an issue. He was very honest in stating that it was unclear exactly what was going on but that work might have to be done. He also suggested two companies to get estimates from as he didn't do that type of work. He was very helpful when I called him several days later to discuss the estimates we got and the severity of the issue. All in all he was very knowledgeable and competent. In the future he will be my first call for any plumbing issues I can't handle myself.

My family and I have a house in Raymond, ME and was searching for a qualified plumber. My first thought was to add Portland, ME as a city so I could search Angie's database. I found Capozza Plumbing & Heating in Portland-- an A rated service provider. Mike Capozza returned my phone call within a half day of my call and though I live outside of his service territory he gave me a referral to a local plumber who has turned out to be a wonderful service provider. Mike was so gracious, responsive and professional even when he knew that I was not going to be a customer of his. I completely understand why he continues to collect rave reviews from his customers. If he is this attentive to a call in prospect--I can only believe that he is meticulous with his customers. Thanks Mike.

His price is very reasonable. He did excellent work. I was very pleased.

We have been using them for five years. He comes out once a year to make random repairs. He has also installed a sink in the past. We have a steam heating system, and he is really skilled in those types of boilers. It is helpful that this heating system is his specialty. His rates are reasonable. He is reliable and will try to come out within twenty-four hours. He is very educational and teaches us to fix things ourselves in the future.

He is good and reasonable. He is one of the best plumbers around.

mike has been my plumber for almost 15 years. there is no one better. his work is consistently of the highest quality. he is punctual and always ready to help. his most recent job here was to remove and replace the shower drain, shower fixtures, and toilet in the master bathroom because of a retiling. mike has done other work for me including pluming a sauna.
