It was so so. I wouldn’t use them again. It was just a rough experience.

We have our oil delivered by Atlantic and they have never let us down even making same day deliveries when we're in a pinch. We are also replacing our boilers and the estimates from Atlantic have been significantly less than other plumbers while specifying equal or higher quality products. We will definitely go with Atlantic and Bill has been great to deal with. When our old furnace died on a Saturday Bill came over with another employee and got it running again. He also called on Sunday just to make sure we weren't cold. Great service!

Atlantic Heating saved me when another oil company failed to deliver oil during a very cold spell in January. I was out of the country when it happened, so it could have been a disaster. The majority of companies I called that night were unwilling to make an after-hours delivery to a new customer. Atlantic was very helpful, however, and delivered within an hour of the call. I have continued to use them and am very pleased with the service, office staff and price. Thank you, Atlantic Heating!

The technician was friendly and knowledgable he was explaining different aspects of my heating system as he inspected it. He figured out the problem and ordered new filters. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future.

One night in the dead of a very heavy winter we suddenly realized we were VERY low on heating oil for our house in Maine ? our regular dealer wouldn't provide service for three or four days later -- WAY too late for our situation. I called Atlantic Heating -- after hours, through their answering service -- and was surprised to hear the owner himself on the phone. Bill Morrell said he'd check his delivery schedule first thing the next morning to see if he could squeeze us in. Here's what happened that next morning, less than 12 hours later: 1. Bill called ME back, before I could get a call out to him. 2. He promised to deliver at a certain price by a certain time. 3. The truck showed up on time. 4. The bill was exactly as quoted. 5. We didn't run out of oil! I would recommend this company highly. They still provide old-fashioned customer service in a thoroughly professional manner.

I was at work when they delivered, so I had to leave a check outside for them. They couldn't find it and had to call me, and the guy on the phone was a bit abrupt, but it all got smoothed out and now I am set for the winter (I hope).

I feared a big problem with my furnace. Atlantic came right out and told me I had a simple problem. They made the necessary repair to the furnace! Imagine my joy to find an honest company!

They did a good job for a fair price. They even got rid of my old oil tank for me. No hassle. Zero complaints.

We just purchased a house with a 1965 oil-fueled steam boiler. We knew the boiler may not last much longer, but we were not sure what we should do. I contacted Atlantic Heating because of the good Angie's List ratings. Bill came over and helped us determine the most cost effect path forward - a new steam boiler. Bill quoted the boiler price and agreed to a delivery date. Bill showed up on time on 5/22/13 and performed the work very professionally. The boiler and hot water system are performing very well so far. The Atlantic Heating quote was more that $2000 less than another quote for a similar boiler.

The oil was delivered on time and Atlantic Heating oil honored the $0.05/gallon Angie's list discount.

Fine, as usual. They are always very professional and prompt, the price is very competitive, and they make it very easy.

I had a great experience with them. The last time, I got a 100 gallons of oil from them. I have a large oil tank, it is about 350 gallons and it is in the basement of my house. There is a fill pipe on the side of the house and they come in with a big truck and they just dump it in. I decided to go with them because they had good reviews on Angie's List. I have been very happy with them. It is really easy to deal with them. Their customer service is good and the deliveries are prompt. Everything is quite simple and good and that is all you can really ask for. I am considering them for servicing my heating system, but I have not made a decision on that yet.

I have been very pleased with their service. They are punctual, clean, and well priced. I will use them again in the future.

Great. Called on Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment on Friday. The tech showed up right on time and was very thorough with his work.

I called to have an estimate done to convert my oil furnace over to natural gas. Natural gas is already piped into the house with a functioning hot water heater running off of it. The owner Bill returned my initial call very quickly; when I explained the service I wanted and asked for an estimate on a specific date, he asked me to call back on that date in the morning. Being in the trades myself, I was somewhat put off by his lack of initiative but still wanted to give him a chance. When I called him on that date, he asked if I would be home all afternoon, I said I would be available but asked for an time estimate. He said he would call me back at noon and let me know. He didn't call back that day nor any day since then. I had wanted to go with a local heating company in Westbrook; it won't be this one.

Very prompt in returning calls and answering questions; showed up on time, delivered as promised. I highly recommend them.

His name is Bill Morrell and I like him. I've used him for many years. He is very responsive and has come over a couple of times when I've had emergency situations and dealt with them very promptly. He's reasonable and hard working. I would recommend him.
